Thank you Karen for all your excellent, informative videos. So i assume that the BabyLock and Brother machines are like same thing under two different brand labesl, they are made at same factory i believe. I have the Brother PS500 and it looks about identical
Yes they are. Brother does have some machines that Baby Lock doesn't, and not all Baby Locks are made by brother, but quite a few of them are. It is worth noting that Baby Lock got their start by bringing the serger to the domestic market, and still make all of their own sergers. (Which are amazing machines!)
Just want to say: Thank you….great tips & love the serger brush….i have one and didnt know it helped hold the needle…must be the best kept secret….

Can you explain the little wheel on the J foot?
It is a button that helps keep the foot level when crossing thick seams, like when hemming pants.
