Hi Belinda. Awe we have a bird building a nest on our patio in the box my husband built to hold a TV. Ms. Belinda those are wood boaring bees that’s not good! They’ll destroy everything!! You need to get rid of them. You have beautiful property.
Hello Belinda I didn't imagine it would be so big at your place and in any case, the environment is really very beautiful and peaceful. Are you the one who takes care of the garden, with all these pretty plants? You really live in a beautiful environment Beautiful day (here it is 4:00 p.m. in the afternoon)
Yes I'm it, I mow 2 acres here and two at .y sisters twice a week.she isn't able to mow anymore. Her rent is cheap so she is responsible to keep lawn mowed.its getting harder and harder for me to keep up.its 1 PM here in indiana have a blessed day.
Good morning Belinda! Thank you for sharing your flower garden! We are currently experiencing spring in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan! We bought our fixer upper property 7 months ago. We are slowly learning what the plants and trees are, and trying to get the property cleaned up as it doesn't appear to have had much TLC in a hot minute! I miss all my flowers I left behind in Washington state but I am looking forward to creating a relaxing sanctuary here! It didn't happen over night there and I know it wont here. Stay blessed!
Buying a fixer upper is the best way to go. That way you fix up the way you want, and yes it does take time and hard work but will be beautiful when all done and then you can look back and say we did it. Be sure you take before and after photos. Have a bless day
Thank you so very much for sharing your birds hopefully they moved on and they made a bird's Nest somewhere else you have such a beautiful yard have a blessed and safe day you and your family😊❤😊
That's good, we have worms that when it rains they make their way up from the soil and dry up on our brick fence and are hard to scrape off, annoying mess!
I just watched your first video on the birds nest and wondered what was going to happen! It might be for the best as the birds might have been disturbed with the mail and like you had said, it might get too hot in there. Before we closed in our back porch, we would get birds who would make a nest in our porch light sconce. I had to chase away a hawk that tried to get at the chicks. The nests would be very messy with poop that we covered the top with a cloth so they couldn't build a nest in there anymore. Very pretty flowers. I use a hula hoe to get rid of most weeds. But we have gravel so its a bit easier than if it grew in grass.
Those are carpenter bees and for the weeds you can get weed killer that is safe to use in your flower gardens and use a pre emergent that is safe for flower beds to stop the weed seeds from germinating
Hi Belinda, get some cardboard and cover the weeds. You'll have to leave it down and ensure the weeds cannot get any sunlight. This will get rid of them, l have a similar issue with ground elder it's a nightmare, but my gardener friend told me to cover the weeds up with cardboard. Anyway, let me know if you try this and how you get on. 🥰😊
❤ Belinda, hello, thank you for sharing that beautiful video and the update of the burden nest in your mailbox.❤ Your yard and flowers are just amazing and while you work hard with all the mowing. There that is a huge job for you.Are your grandsons old enough to help you some?
Yes weed eat for me, but they hate pulling weeds. Teenagers have other things more important. I don't let them use the mower. I'm afraid they will hit something and tear the mower up.I couldn't afford to repair that. That's a Hugh expense
@@belindascountryliving well I'm sure just weed eating would be a great thing for them to do and I can understand that would be a huge expense of the get another lawn mower
Good afternoon, beautiful miss. Belinda , how are you doing? How's Wilma? I'm so glad that those birds left your mailbox. I hope you are less stressed now. You have to plan a weekend visit so you can shadow me around the busy ER room since you are always curious and interested in the ER rush..have a blessed night ❤❤❤❤💪💪💪💯💯🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾
Gale, it is so peaceful. But alot of upkeep on the yard and home as i get older I haven't the energy. Thank you for watching and supporting my channel God bless
Two things Belinda - you did the right thing with the birds, the babies would have died from the heat, as for the bees, I got rid of some using a wasp jar half filled with orange soda. They go in for the orangs, their wings get full of the liquid, and they drown.
@@lightgiver7311 I will definitely need several the Carpenter bees have took over my barn, got on my mower today they were swarming on the mower. I was batting then with an electric badminton racket One thing good comes out of that..is you get plenty of exercise
