If you are experiencing issues with Move to iOS app, please try to turn on Airplane mode, then just enable WiFi on Android phone to see if that helps. And be sure that both phones are on the same WiFi network. Try to disable "Auto switch to mobile data" option in WiFi>WiFi Preferences. Please leave a comment if it worked or not working. Thanks

HELP!!! The move to iOS app wifi doesn’t show up on my mother’s new iPhone for me to connect it, but for some reason it shows up on her old android. They said in order to transfer her data from the android to the iPhone, they both have to be connected to the same wifi, but the wifi isn’t showing in her wifi settings for me to connect to it on her new iPhone. Do I have to keep my android phone number once I moved it over to iPhone? When I deleted something from my tablet it erased that from my iPad I didn’t want to lose. that information but it’s gone now don’t know if I can use my phone number on iPad for my cell phone which is apple now so confusing,,,,

Yesterday I set up itunes & copied over all my music from android - setting actual music on external hard drive to laptop (its permanantly there). @James’ss If your music library is on your computer, you can sync them within iTunes(windows), or Finder (Mac). Other way, use third party app to organise your music library.
Will it also take Gmail and passwords with it or we will have to do it manually and what about the android device when the data is transferred to iOS will the android device still has all the data

Thank you so much for putting this video together. My parents and I just switched from Samsung phones to iPhones. I put it off for quite a while because I was nervous about moving the data between the 2 phones. I was able to move all of it successfully on the 3 phones. This was perfect!

@@PRIMA01 when you get the code on the iphone, it will make its own wifi connection. Connect the android to the iphone's wifi. And the password is the name of the connection. Exact same. That's a solution I've seen
