    I was curious about how it would be because it's simple ingredients,
    but it's a really refreshing and appetizing bibim noodle. Rather than eating cucumber as a main dish,
    you can enjoy it crunchy and the sauce is simple,
    but it is spicy and refreshing because it contains aronia.

    CucumberBibimGuksu (2 servings)
    [Required ingredients]
    4 cucumbers, 1/2 tsp salt, 200g noodles, 1 boiled egg
    [Seasoning ingredients]
    2 tbsp gochujang, 2 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp plum extract or aronia concentrate, 1 tbsp sesame oil, a little sesame seeds
    [Cooking instructions]
    1. Peel the cucumber, cut it lengthwise using a vegetable knife, and marinate with salt.
    Tip. Do not use the inside of the cucumber.
    2. Add the seasoning ingredients to a bowl and make the seasoning sauce.
    Tip. You can use plum extract, lemon juice, or apple juice instead of aronia concentrate. 3. Boil the noodles in boiling water and rinse in cold water.
    4. Quickly rinse the salted cucumbers in cold water and squeeze out the water.
    5. Arrange the cucumbers and noodles in a plate and top with seasoning sauce.
    6. Serve with boiled eggs to finish.
