"CNN’s Alisyn Camerota moderated a Donald Trump voter focus group on Tuesday, and the discussion became a free-for-all when the president’s supporters sparred with those who have come to regret backing him in 2016.
The panel was an even split of backers and critics, and Arthur Schaper started things off by lauding Trump’s performance in office so far. These plaudits were countered by Jeremy Montanez, who called Trump a bigoted “monster” while slamming the White House’s separation of migrant families at the southern border.
The panel ended up holding a conversation about illegal immigration and migrant parents who had their children taken away even though they tried crossing the border through the proper legal channels. This segued into a debate about whether Trump is responsible for the increasing levels of divisiveness around the country.”*

WASHINGTON (The Borowitz Report)-In less than a week as President, Donald J. Trump has created ten million jobs for fact checkers, the Department of Labor has confirmed.
Harland Dorrinson, the executive director of HonestyWatch, a Minnesota-based fact-checking organization, called the pace of hiring in the fact-checking industry since Trump’s Inauguration “blistering.”
“The nation’s supply of fact checkers is being stretched to the breaking point,” he said. “There are not enough fact checkers to keep up with the exponential growth in alternative facts.”
Dorrinson said that he expects hiring in the fact-checking sector to remain robust for the next four years, outpacing employment in manufacturing, agriculture, and technology.
“With Trump in the White House, recent college graduates are flocking to careers in fact checking,” he said. “There’s guaranteed job security, and you basically just have to Google stuff.”
In his daily press briefing, Sean Spicer, the White House press spokesman, touted the surging employment for fact checkers but said that the actual number of jobs created was closer to ten billion.

I was a Republican years ago and was heated when Monicagate happened, because the President's morality does matter. And simultaneously, I cannot stand the current hypocrisy of evangelicals who yelled about morality when Clinton was in office now saying that morality does not matter now that Trump is in office and giving them what they want.

And it's the responsibility of news organizations to present that news to the populace. The blame goes both ways.
For some people, the internet is a scary place or they are not technologically savvy enough to use it. I blame more the media for preferring entertainment to real news. It shouldn't matter how you get your news, it should all be based on facts. The fact that we have to use a specific type of media to get the real news is a sad fact, and it should not be normalized.

I do care about family, education, and jobs, but I also care about saving the environment, international alliances, stopping nuclear proliferation, ending wars, universal health care, ending homelessness, the economy as a whole, improving public transportation, trade, and infrastructure.

I am curious to find out how many "jobs" became available and filled due to removal of illegals, and how much positive impact there has been on the economy. From what I have heard, the deficit has skyrocketed, in my area, grapes are rotting on the vines, and both small and large businesses are going out of business and the price of building materials have literally doubled in the past year...
It's the skilled immigrants that take jobs away from others. The unskilled immigrants are only taking jobs from people willing to work for substandard wages. And robots are who really took away all the manufacturing jobs.
Norm, I work in the medical field. I had to get a college degree. I now need to go back to school to learn SPANISH. Some places want bi-lingual only, if not bi-lingual only, then they get paid more money than English speaking only. And if the manager or supervisor is a Latino that's who they hire and give them preferential treatment. Im a Dem but immigration needs to be discussed. Living in the city, job training is needed to get people off of welfare. This country needs to take care of All US citizens FIRST no matter what race . Our middle class is getting smaller because the American oligarchs have no loyalty to their workers. When we get our house clean then we can help more people. Trump has to GO !!!!!!

They literally become 'Trump Sheep' over a Supreme Court judge and couple of policies that they want---and they don't care what or why he cuts, overturns, upsets, disrupts, dismisses, lies about, mishandles, or acts treasonous about as long as they get what they want!
