@everyone- I bought realme watch s2 yesterday but its kot capturing sleep data. Anyone suggest how is it a problem on my in my watch or there is an issue with everyone or am I not following right steps.
cmf watch 2 pro is bit more quirky and has few more functions like gps and bezel swap Since it looked childish for a man and lacked a dedicated serv centr i went with Realme...No hate.....💕😊

1). keep the realme link app open and mobile data on and restart your watch.. then try..and see if rest of the data are accessible like the health data.make sure the bluetooth is connected throughout the process 2). try clearing data of the realme link app and then use 3). reset your watch..might have some residual glitches after the first firmware update
@@KoustubhTechVlogs Thank you for your response, still not working tried following to resolve the issue 1 Connected disconnected realme app with watch several times. health data is available only ai not working. 2 cleared cache/data from app 3 watch reset and again paired 4 provided all permission and cross-checked all are given. Both features of the watch are not working.
@@prashant0003 there can be a conflicting issue due to different bluetooth versions of 📱 and ⌚... reset the watch... install the app on a phone which you think is latest in your family members...and find out if the problem is resolved

After selecting India on the Realme link app I got a new firmware installation option, after installation of the latest firmware I'm able to use AI features.
