@@OakFencePost Actually it can if the provider picked up the wrong type of watermelon, cause some varieties of GMOs aren't for eating, they are to make non-edible products so it can come out looking completely strange with odd textures, like the time when some pintos produced had to be recalled because they where producing blue jean looking dye when boiled..... None of it was edible.
@@giganotosaur314 I have done genetic modification before and know the process and how the genome of plants work and the ins and outs of their entire structure and what is happening to that watermelon is just the sugar in it crystalizing from it being old
@@OakFencePost Gross yah actually did that, GMOs are gross, the whole process is 99% unnecessary, and 120% unnecessary for food. Too many issues arise from it, the original stuff is what we should be using. Organic is the way to go and what we should strive to be using.
That means the watermelon is overripe and about to go bad, if she had kept it a day or 2, with the heat, it may have started to ferment and develop gases. Don't eat it.
wait stop i was gonna eat an avocado that i purposely left out for weeks and it was LITERAL RUBBER like i even tried to mush and eat it and it would NOT budge and tasted like a LITERAL eraser
@@lolalola-v it didn’t smell like anything actually, it felt like a pencil eraser but just green. i even left it out after i sliced it and it turned brown a bit, but the texture was still rubber even when i ate it thinking it would taste fine but no. it even tasted like nothing but plain rubber
