I'm so glad that she didn't let those people get the best of her and she moved on and became successful in her life like it's not easy at all to brush at all off. More power to this queen! She's an inspiration for us brownies!
So happy for Naiha!!! She’s genuinely a pure soul and nice at heart and Allah brings barakah and peace to such people with amazing hearts and so proud of you for taking the stand for yourself and others around you. Always rooting for you. And Humna does the best podcast like i was anxious and now it feels like i had a session with a therapist 🥹
I have been hooked to these episodes Humna. It’s so so wonderful. There’s so much to relate to. I wish I can run into you someday and we can have a good solid conversation about a gazillion things. I just feel like there’s so much one can learn from you! Love to Rafa ❤
I am a brown girl and I can relate to everything she said suntay hue apny sath hua sb yad a raa hai, being a brown girl ap ye sb TB se suntay hen jb apko goray kaalay ka frk tk ni pta HOTA r ye log hoty Jo apko ek CHOTI si bchi ko ye btaty hen k ap mein ek bht bri kmi hai, for us it was a traumatic childhood and teenage but now I am learning to embrace myself 🤝🫰
Knowing Hamna Raza & Syed Muzamil Hasan Zaidi since times ago. But, watching your podcast first time and started watching TBT on regularly basis. Great Content, Thanks to both of you! ❤
So much Love to Naiha she is one of the first influencers i followed ❤ so so so much love. I saw her from the start never realised what was going on behind the screen.. honestly this is the first Happy chirp podcast i’m listening too and i am just mind blown.. ❤
We should also talk about how fair skin girls feel so entitled. Not everyone but I have seen some women in my own family who think they’re superior than everybody else.
I am from Afghanistan n I have fair skin but I think Pakistani women are so beautiful they don’t know how blessed they are with such good skin because fair skins are beautiful till 25th after that we look very old but Pakistani women even after 50 look better than a 30 years old with fair skin. Naiha I followed you on instagram I found you very beautiful believe me you r sooooo gorgeous ❤ sorry for my bad English
A very important topic indeed! Right from our childhood that is what we hear all around us. Neiha has such a beautiful complexion. I too had to wait till I was in my teens when a trip to the US exposed me to the compliments on my skin tone. But once back in Pakistan, the same inferiority came back. It’s a constant reassurance that I had to give myself to be in ally happy with my skin colour. Well done !
It is a significant topic that needs to be educated in our society, schools, and at every level, from 1 year old to 80+. BULLY in our society is REAL and it is so Toxic! Mostly it comes from the adults and kids learn that too. Being an over weight all my life, my biggest bully was my Teachers (and aunties ofcourse) and not my classmates or school mates.
Loved the conversation ❤. Usually Hamna status off the conversation from birth and brought up, we're very accustomed to that format. A little technical feedback, mic was covering up Humna's mouth that was bothering me a bit while she was speaking. Some people with disabilities do focus on subtitles and lip movement along to understand.
I have loved this podcast nd every bit naiha has said is story of every brown girl our life strts from brown complexion and ends on brown complexion. We can't move are heads around because of social cruelty
I’ve listened to the whole podcast and I was constantly thinking that wow naiha does sound so familiar it’s like I’m telling my story her state of mind the way she is.. and when you asked her what’s your zodiac and she replied Scorpio! I was like damn i already felt that she’s Scorpio cause that’s how we Scorpio’s are 😅
I am deeply troubled by the toxic and pointless discourse surrounding physical appearance, particularly the emphasis on fair complexion and slim waistlines. It saddens me to think that my daughter might be exposed to such conversations, where her fair complexion could be wrongly associated with superiority. What triggers more us to see people of our generation engaged in such conversations. Kahien tu ja kar rokna hai is ko ya nahi? It is crucial that we break free from this generational curse and our hegemonized mindset. Instead of focusing on external appearances, let's shift our attention to more meaningful qualities and values. The harm that has been caused is already in effect, so let's refrain from perpetuating it to future generation.
Please this time make happy chirp bit more consistent. Long breaks between episodes and between seasons make viewership suffer. I know you didn’t start happy chirp for only views and money but for the happy chirp fans it would make us feel happy to see HC grow. First season was amazing when we used to get episode every Tuesday and Thursday no matter what. Happy chirp has so much impact on my life and my thinking. I want happy chirp to grow so much. Sometimes im afraid that you might stop HC one day because of less number of views. But please never do that. Just know that happy chirp is safe space for so much of us here. Its basically everything for me! ❤️
Hello Humna, I love your voice, I love the sweetness of your voice. Please invite Naiha's sister on your podcast too. She has an inspirational story too
hey hamna! im your biggest fan and i watched all of your content from many years .your interviews are just so amazing ans i love it. the only thing i want to suggest you is that make sure to be fullly active during listening your guest and make your posture little bit more active and try to avoid saying hmmm...hmmm .otherwise i love your content and your whole disscussions, just we need to see you more energetic towards show. love you alot. and keep shinning!
Thank you sweetheart, and thank you for sticking around always. ❤️ Im working on this. I try to provide acknowledgement to the one speaking, which is important as a good listener but Ive come to understand that for someone listening from the outside, it can be annoying. I do it out of habit but working on it already 🫶🏽🤗
Im sorry for the trauma you had to go through. You're so beautiful i think this gora slave mentality is their loss not yours. Please don't say "sis had behtr complexion." There's no behtar.
Hey Luv this podcast But i want to tell you Bot only brown girls face challenges in their life Trust me every woman face something and this world is hard place for woman out there Yeah i know the intensity of challenges may be different but we all go through something to get our even sometimes basic rights More power to you
