I have sciatica on the right side and the Yogi pose has helped it so much. I can jump up in the mornind and do high intensity exercises. Thank you. Im 63 and can now move again.

Could you please do a calming yoga flow soon for migraines with no inversions at all and not much head movement, 25 min or so? (perhaps starting with pranayama breathing, soft music, longer holds in child's pose and twists, how about it @KateAmberYoga?) 🙏😘🙌

Thank you, my straddle is resisting going beyond 90 so that last section was tricky. My hips feel happy.
