i do these same drills on a racquetball court sometimes too! It doesnt matter where you do it, as long as you're training and pushing yourself.

u know people actually be good in their field because of the basics they have practiced all their life and these look very good basic techniques that are used while playing and they are gonna make real easy to control the ball on and air ball if practiced.

Victor Mejia juggling helps you improve your touch and ball control, just because your footwork is good doesn’t mean your touch is good. When someone pings you a ball hard can you settle it under pressure and close to your body? When you make a move to beat a defender are your touches controlled and close to you. That’s what juggling helps you with, never be cocky kid cause I can guarantee you there’s someone else working harder. No one is good at soccer cause they’re fast and have good foot work. They’re good by reading the game (soccer IQ), they’re control on the ball, and they’re efficacy with touches. Hopefully this helps my time is done but kid, work hard, cause there’s always someone working harder than you

i used to do 100 touches with inner left, 100 with inner right, 100 with outside left, 100 with outside right, stayng at 50cm/1m (1yard for u americans) from the wall. After this, 100+100 stopping with 1 foot and touching with the other 1, alternating left and right (like u at 6:42) . U must keep a quick rythm, like boxers with the small pounching bags. U can do this routine evrywhere ( i did it in my room) with any kind of ball (better with very light balls, like the kids ones, harder to control).
I did this while repating aloud the things i was studying or in any free moment i had.

How many cones do u suggest for one or two players to practice with?
I always carry 20 with me but it honestly doesn't matter. You can do drills with 0 cones or 20 cones, just get creative with your drills depending on what equipment you have.

professionally i would recommend not to try it, but as for passion its never too late to play football, my father still plays with his colleagues and he is on his early 50s
I can never seem to juggle with my laces, I can do it with the toe box and make it back spin but I can’t juggle it straight up without any spin with my laces
keep your ankle locked and making contact directly on the bottom of the ball with your laces. and practice... lots of practice

He hit the ball in the center. To learn that you need a lot of time. Its a technical thing that you learn trough repetition.

i think it depends on your Lvl you have right now. but normally i would say thats a good session and you dont need to do something afterwards. if you do this workout 2-3 Times a week thats a lot of stuff and you will get better. if this workout is getting easy for you, you could add some other exercises.
but thats just my opinion :)

Drills with a partner would be better but you can't train awareness and situational response outside some kind of a game. I think with kids you need to bring them up from smaller fields and players per team gradually so they get the hang of eleven a side on a full size pitch. I live in the US and I have seen some really bad coaches making kids do useless drills when what they need when they are together is to play the game. Drills need to be done on your own time.
@@errcoche eh I can say from personal experience,got a whole lot better when moved from san Antonio club to austin and focused more on technical then bringing into a game. San Antonio was just a bunch of scrimmage and nonsense give me your money. Went on to be central texas player of the year in 08. All styles of training matter but focus of technical ability is key. Also having your kid sit down and actually watch quality footy. My pops wasnt into soccer. I though mls was best league in the world until I was in HS. Haha and watching and emulating players I liked helped plenty as well. I can also agree with doing things on your own time. Any quality player or high level athlete knows the work is never done with just practices. Cheers.
