I would love to see a video about Alanis and caffeine intake! I’ve been trying to see if Alanis are a good fit for my lifestyle and if they are bad for me. Also does your caffeine intake effect you and how?
I don’t actually feel much of a difference, I really just drink coffee and alanis for the taste! I’m sure it’s probably cause I’m young, but idk! like on days i don’t drink coffee or alanis i don’t feel a difference 🤷🏼♀️
Friendly reminder y'all that she probably has an insanely good metabolism so eating like this won't instantly make you have the body she has... but also i can't imagine growing up in a household where my dad is bodybuilder... I feel like I would hate exercise and eating from a very young age.
Thanks! to be honest… idk😂 i just try to get plenty of protein and a serving of carbs with each meal!! and I just watch my fats.. I should probably figure it all out of my fitness pal sometime lol
i don’t track my calories, i just use a little journal app to write down what i’ve eaten😊 a whole bunch of eating, meal prep and workout videos coming this summer so stay tuned if you want!
Giiirrrrllll, you need more healthy fats in your diet! Things like more egg yolks, grass-fed butter, full fat greek yoghurt, extra virgin olive oil, sardines, richer cuts of meat, organ meat supplements. It's great being lean, but you're still so young, you need those healthy fats.
Hey Madalyn, I want to find a food tracking app but I don’t want to have to track my calories. It’s a pain and I feel like it limits what I can eat. I tried looking for the foodility app because i thought it seemed like a good option, but I couldn’t find it. Have you used any other apps that you like? Also, do you worry about tracking calories or do you just try to eat healthy?
i don’t worry about calories at all!! as long as i know the food is good whole food with clean carbs, proteins and fats that’s good! and I think the foodility app deleted… I’m so sad! I just write everything down in my notes app now👍
