Shout out replay gang. I hope your day is going well and you continue to have a spectacular day❣️
Same to you 😊
Hey Hey Hey. Love being a part of the replay gang🎉. Live gang gets cussed out too much😂.... Hilarious!
Fasho!!! I'm just late most times so I start it from the beginning. Its awesome either way! Have a good evening funky fam!❤
❤
Same to you love!
I 100 percent disagree with you Q, police don't mind killing unarmed people but won't confront a person with a weapon. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE
You are a liar. Ask the active shooters
They damn sure don't mind killing an unarmed Black person, that's for sure. Meanwhile, they're scared to confront a lone man killing innocent children smdh.
🎯🎯🎯🎯🎯
Came to say this!! Got all the smoke for unarmed ppl but scared of 1 person with a gun??! Hell, that was the time to pull that tough guy shit!!
Theyll confront certain people with weapons. See how they shot that airman in his house & his weapon was pointed downward. Just wild.
Nahhh you don't get to be granted the right to kill people in your job and AT THE SAME TIME say "Well their fight or flight just kicked in"
NO police are trained to overcome fight or flight responses. Cops are in their position SPECIFICALLY because they have been trained to overcome the feelings, emotions, and instincts that civilians have. Like the WHOLE point of being an officer is doing things that other people wouldn't do. If you're only willing to be a police officer during times of peace, you should find another occupation.
'Nessa Gurl..... YOU ARE WRONG ‼️ & it's OK. ‼️ Police officers have MUCH MORE than, "little pistols"..... They Have Kevlar/ Bullet proof Vests , they also have ROOMS of the same "Big Guns" that the Uvalde shooter had.‼️ Military training, Police training, & The Oath they "Willingly" took to PROTECT & SERVE....their choice. ‼️ if ANY of your "loved one's " were in that school that day..... YOU WOULD DEFINITELY WANT THOSE POLICE OFFICERS "ALL OF THEM" TO DO MUCH MORE THAN STAND OUTSIDE, WITH THEIR FINGERS UP THEIR ASSES.‼️ And, THAT IS "TRUE TEA".‼️😒😧😐
Not only that but they were saying that the officers were going in their to save THEIR people but not try to help the other kids AND were stopping parents from going inside to get their kids
Using got damn hand sanitizer. That video is disturbing
All the way wrong.
FACTS, FACTS, and MORE FACTS....I think that is what upset me the worst outside of what those poor babies had to go through before transitioning. Those cops didn't want to go through those doors, who had on bullet proof vests mind you, and wouldn't let the parents who wanted to save their babies do so. That pee'd me off so bad.
As a retired military veteran from two branches, we, and the police know exactly what we sign up for when we took our oaths.....especially in this day and age. No one wants to have someone go and knock on their loved one's door and have to tell them that their loved one will never cross their threshold again into their home. So, Q, it would mess my head up the most knowing that someone who was trained in a very similar fashion as I was wouldn't save the life of my six year old. That would be very freaking problematic for me. As we say when I wore the uniform, "You don't want to do the job, then you need to take off the uniform......period." I hate to say it, and you have the right to your opinion....you do, but when you sign up to be a cop, you also sign up to possibly die in the line of duty by someone else with a weapon.
Not only that, but if I am not mistaken, those cops went into that firefight armed with firepower that mirrored the gunman (I could be wrong, but I thought that they did). Even so, they are trained on military grade weapons like I was. They are trained to know how to respond in situations like those just like I was. Now that the situation calls for it, you say "I ain't going in there." No buddy that's not how this works. You rely on your training....point blank and the period. You ask me, that whole dang department to include try the Chief should have been fired.....immediately.
@@serenabush8694 .... 👍🏿💪🏾🙏❤️ Thank you for your "Selfless" service to the Country.❣️ & Your Powerfully worded Reply to My original comment. 😊👍🏿❤️
And it wasn’t just one cop, it was hundreds of cops standing around.
With body armor and their own semi-automatic weapons.
All I know is, when it happened in Nashville, those police officers went into that school immediately. Maybe the Nashville police department has better weapons? I wouldn’t know, but they didn’t hesitate.

It gets me every time!!
I was thinking of firefighters.. they run into danger because they are trained professionals! These officers are trained for this! Just like I can’t do your job @funky cause I am NOT built for it nor do I have the experience
These officers were trained! It’s their responsibility to protect those children!
Amen 🙏🏾 👩🏽👩🏽👩🏽👩🏽👩🏽👩🏽👩🏽🐫🐫
Whether you like it or not!!! Police sign up to risk their lives.
Police sign up to protect and serve… like he said if it was the SWAT team or the national guard, it would be a completely different story!!!
not only that if he went back to those videos, the police were decked out in full fledge tactical gear! ETA: they have no problem being trigger happy any other time, and it’s 20+ of y’all vs 1 suspect.
They literally take an oath to protect, serve and put their life on the line to do so. That’s why being a police officer is a CHOICE.
They wouldn’t let the parents run inside to protect their own child, so the least the officers could have done was their job. They’re trained for this exact event ?!!
Not only that but it was like 20 to ONE
@@clarencejefferson3878 still there to protect and serve. Besides, there is power in number. Courage is absence of fear, it doing something despite being afraid.
I wish TF I would settle for $70k!! I need $2M for EVERY year my child was alive!!
Hello!!!
I"m saying!
Exactly!!!
This settlement is terrible! Those children would have supported their parents in their older years so the settlement should have been $2 per year each child could have lived, plus loss of future earning potential.
Smh they couldn’t payment me enough‼️ what if…..Uvalde tx is about 50 miles from the Mexican border, what if a lot of these people(parents)are not documented to be here(USA)and they were trying to give their kids a chance at the American Dream and this happened. that really is the only way to explain excepting such a low amount. They really can’t push too hard 🤷🏾♀️maybe. I say this because I know of situations like this here in North Texas, where there was a car accident and she couldn’t really do much of anything because she isnt documented.
Their attorney is WILD
Que you’re wrong on the police office situation. You are somewhat correct… they are not paid enough to put their lives in danger. However literally that’s their job. To protect and serve. How much do you think fire fighters make? Police officer salaries. They run into burning buildings to save people. Even the average military men/women with the weapons you speak of aren’t making THAT much more than a police officer/firefighter salary. And they sometimes go to war. This is America no one is paid their worth 🤷🏾♀️
As a mom of 3, as a nurse, and a STAUNCH Q follower, I can say UNEQUIVOCALLY you are WRONG!!!
Those officers made a vow to serve and protect, and who needs protection more than children and animals? There were at least 20 officers, quite possibly close to 60, who sat there and allowed those kids to die. Yes, the killer had an automatic weapon. The police had 20 guns, and I don't know if you know, but police don't carry "pea shooters." They carry 9mm semi automatic guns. Twenty of them could have saved at least one life. Think logically and imagine if Isaac was in there. Wouldn't you want those officers to do what they are LITERALLY PAID TO DO?!??!
amen & right on point
I worked along side police officers and the expectation is for A police officer to run towards danger what ever that is. As a civilian I was told that if a plane at the air show fell from the sky I was supposed to run towards the wreckage to get the other civilians to safety. I raised my had and and let it be known was not trained nor paid for this type of danger. Now the officers made double my salary moving towards $100 k. Police officers are paid to run towards the danger period. If this is too real become a librarian!
Cops aren’t all paid close to that. I still see 50’s and 70’s. Troopers get paid less than that in Florida and Texas.
I get what you are saying. Also, 100k is not enough for someone to risk their life though. They need to pay them more.
Protect and serve. If a cop fails to do that then he needs a new job. Im a nurse and took an oath to care, I cant refuse care bcuz the patient looks scary. I do my job no matter what
Not a librarian 😂😂😂 but yes you are right, too many police officers sign up for the power, they should sign up to serve the people
This happens to be the stupidest comment ever lol… You look too old for this
As a police officer your priority has to be to protect and serve the public despite you having a family to go home to. They are well aware of the risk and their salary before becoming an officer. And the police should have some kind of plan in place for this scenario, especially considering the number of times this has happened in this country.
Exactly
It’s their job to “protect & Serve” and you’re right I wouldn’t choose to do that job that’s the reason I don’t choose to be a police officer.
Nah, Q...those officers had everything they needed to address the situation...they were incompetent!!
🎯🎯🎯🎯
They weren’t incompetent. They knew exactly what to do. They chose not to because were scared.
🎯🎯🎯
Frank Ocean's Channel Orange album was better than the Blonde album !!! Who TF made that list ? 🙃🫠💀
Police down here in Alabama make almost 80,000 off bat and in nicest areas well over 100,000.
Those parents should've gotten Morgan and Morgan.
"For the People"
That attorney company is terrible. My grandma has been waiting almost a year to get paid. No responses or anything
I think there's no sympathy for Evelyn because we've watched her be so violent, so I never judged ochocinco, we don't watch that lady jump on tables, jumping people face and she's always confrontational, so🤷🏿♀️
Not one emotion was evoked from
When the incident happened.
And the fact after the incident she got the nerve to call him hee bestfriend
Saying the police..20 vs 1 was within their right to let those kids go out like that was so stupid. Sincerely, a combat veteran who didn't run like a punk when unarmed people needed help. Just dumb.
Those statements were wild! we aren't talking about "any other person", we are talking about people who trained and took an oath. One person freezing up is understandable, but all of them standing around hearing shots is crazy.
Anyways, Thank you for your service.
@Justme12369 my mouth was wide open. I thought it was parody! Whew--thank you.
Thank God you chose this as a profession. If you’re not willing to save lives don’t become a cop.
To save children at that!!! I hate how stupid he sounded now I gotta go cause I can’t focus on shit else he got to say
I normally agree with you Funky, but there were parents who managed to get through and go in and help bring some of the children out. Many more wanted to do so from my understanding, but were stopped by the police. It IS their job to go in and stop the shooter. But I understand your point of view. So on the same note, if the police were not willing to go in and do THEIR job, they should have “looked the other way” and let parents in who WERE willing to do so.
Between the 100s of officers on site I know at least 1 of them had protective gear! There’s absolutely no excuse. Those kids and teachers were left to die😔
My issue wit the police officers is they took too long to come up wit a plan and when parents were willing to go in to get their children themselves they stopped them. One mom was able to sneak in and save a whole class so if she could’ve done it and came out safely it surely shouldn’t have took them well over 30 mins to enter the building. So for that they are responsible for some of the deaths
Wowwwww, I didn't know a mom snuck in. A mother's love cannot be stopped!

OMG... let me state it clearly. IM NOT COMPARING THE JOBS. IM ONLY COMPARING THE OATHS THAT WE TOOK! To me its the same as watching my patient bleed out and I refuse to stop the bleeding because they have HIV. I've been trained for the situation. If i can't help for WHATEVER reason, I CALL FOR SOMEONE THAT CAN. Hopefully that clears it up.
11:02 Uhhh the problem is that they were brave enough to go in and get their own children while non law enforcement parents were forcibly detained outside…. That is why she said that!!!
Police officers should have to carry mail for a week because we encounter a lot without a gun. They use it at the wrong time almost every time.
Q, I think you should pour you a big glass of wine and watch the Uvalde footage CNN released. There were multiple officers with semiautomatic weapons that did little more than stand around on the phone, getting hand sanitizer, etc IN THE HALLWAY while those babies were actively being shot. The footage was thankfully released without sound, but after watching it, I’m wondering if your opinions will align more with the parents or stay the same.
Let's be for real this is one of the worst lives you have ever done. It is their fkn job and especially when babies are involved. Being a police officer is a CHOICE and if you're scared don't choose the profession. I was in the military at 17 y/o and I went for college money but when 9/11 happened I had to put my big girl panties on and strap up my combat boots..... because I signed up for the job....we weren't riding around in tank I had on a cavalier and an M16 and it was GO TIME!!!! Your thoughts and opinion is asinine to say the least. People have a microphone and a mouth and get online and say anything lives could have been saved that day
Yea this live was bad. I was floored . To sympathize with police over dead children is certainly a choice man
I totally agree with you. This ignorant fool with no kids, saying an amount of money will ease the pain of losing a kid as if those kids died peacefully in their sleep. Those parents have to live with knowing their babies died tragically and some of them slowly and in severe pain. Funky is one ignorant mf to say what he said. As if police don't know they put their lives at risk when they sign up for that job.
He sounded so gross
Are you all ready to finally stop watching now lol?
🎯🎯🎯🎯🎯
The parents are suing for 500mill the 2mil settlement was just a part. Also, there were over 370 state and local police there. They've had active person shooter training as well as high powered weapons. They still waited 70min to save those babies. You are wrong on this story. Perhaps your research was rushed...
77 🤬 minutes
And they didn't go in until after a real hero stepped up. Cowards
Girl he pissed me off NOT doing his research and running his mouth on something so sensitive! Like bffr! The officers were trained cowards PERIOD!
Somebody mama went in and got them and they cowards asses didn’t make a move
What research; Funky has had more wrong than right recently or should I say all the time
Police officers are TRAINED for those types of situations. Those men DID NOT DO WHAT they've been trained to do. Just like the military, when you sign up for that type of job, you are saying you are willing to die protecting the country and citizens. It truly is a part of their jobs. Protecting and serving means making doing whatever is necessary to keep the innocent safe.
Lastly, Police have semi automatic weapons too🤷🏾♀️
Exactly. Armed officers are literally trained to face shooters. That’s LITERALLY their job.
Exactly. We see the kinds of weapons and gear they employ during non-violent situations. Hell, the campus protests have snipers on roofs. Gun happy ass Texas officers failed those kids and should be sued for their pensions.
Uvalde vs the Florida situation is completely different. The officer in Florida was by himself and only had a handgun vs a semi automatic. And yall do know that there is a police shortage in most states?
I totally agree. Police Officers, Military, Teachers should all get paid more!! No question! (I know first hand…). But when u take on these professions.. you know the expectations/requirements, and that shouldn’t be neglected bc you disagree with the pay. I don’t think anyone would want something to happen to a loved one.. and the Cop says.. I could’ve done more, but they don’t pay me enough. Just sayin’
@@RP.123 a police shortage doesn’t negate the fact they are trained for dangerous situations, such as school shootings. It’s inexcusable to say they didn’t sign up for that because they quite literally did. They botched the response, full stop.
They need to sue the NRA!!
I'm a nurse and I can't tell people what "I didn't sign up to do." It's obvious that you've never worked in public service. We know what we sign up for AND THE SALARY. True tea.
Facts. There are certain risks associated with certain careers- and going to shoot outs or being involved in very dangerous gun activity is very likely.
Cops are FREQUENTLY in shoot outs and there’s no telling what kind of guns will be involved- doesn’t mean a cop can then decide to not engage.
EXACTLY!!!!!!!!
I salute you 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Not the same comparison. You don’t have a fear of not coming home to your family everyday under those types of conditions.
Same and 🎯💁🏽♀️
I am sorry $70,000 is not enough for those families smh

Let’s have a real conversation Funky. Thank you for calling out Evelyn. Why is it only domestic violence when it’s about men and wonen. Domestic violence is any time you carry your ass around and fight friends, family or whoever. It’s not just when a man hits a woman.
You sounded so ignorant speaking in the school situation 😒

Why is it ignorant for someone to voice their prospective??? If it doesn’t align with yours then it’s ignorant???🤔🤔
@@Kuttie03the same reason you watch...and the statement was ignorant

5 million is not enough to ease the pain of losing my child that I birthed. Neither is 7 f that. The parent's statement is absolutely right. They chose to be police officers. I have to disagree. Those officers took an oath. It is their job to stand in front of a bullet for $47k. This is coming from someone who joined the army in 2005, at the height of the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. I deployed twice, and not once did I cower from a damn thing. It was my job to stand up to a bullet for $47k.
Careers like that require certain personality and set of values. I can sometimes spot a military officer or cop off duty.
Uvalde has 15k people. It’s small. But that settlement is some bullshit!
True, but the average salary in the city is under 40K. I dont think the city can afford more unless they collect a special tax---and then the families would essentially be paying their own settlement. They are still suing the police officers & the school district next.
I love you Funky but I have to disagree with your stance on the officers from Uvalde. Those officers had ALL the equipment AND the training to go in those classrooms and tackle the situation. However, they did nothing. Also, multiple reports and court documents specified that most, if not…all of the victims could have survived if they acted sooner…instead of waiting a whole 77 minutes.
Police have training in how to be tactical when a criminal has a weapon so it’s not unrealistic to expect them to go into action in a tactical way - those officers in Texas refused to engage!
And while you are on Evelyn, let’s talk about Zeus, Joseline, Baddies, Love &HH. Fighting culture is so played!! Putting your hands on anyone unprovoked is abuse/bully/domestic violence
Did she head butt Chad
So glad you're the only way to say you are done reporting on Diddy. Thank you very much for this.
Respectfully Que,
I am a military spouse and it is absolutely THEIR JOB. They have different departments just as the military does. In fact, some of them train on military bases. Yes, I always want my husband home but I know what I signed up for when I married him. Nothing honorable about leaving defenseless babies to die. If you won’t save citizens because you aren’t paid enough then service work is not for you.
Funky it’s 70 police!!! You right you don’t have kids how’d you feel if your nephew was in there
Totally and absolutely WRONG! So because as a cop you just have a "pistol" and a criminal has a semi automatic weapon its reasonable for you to not go in and at least try to save children who are being annihilated in cold blood? Outrageous!
lol if you were a cop with a pistol.. would you risk your life and go in ????
@@clarencejefferson3878they're under oath to serve and protect, it's their JOB regardless of what dineva is saying
@@clarencejefferson3878 Absolutely, only a coward wouldn't. And I especially would if I wasn't alone! There were multiple cops on the scene who did nothing! They didn't want to bankrupt the city of Uvalde, and they are going to sue the officers.
They were cowards. One of the parents ran into the building and saved their child without any weapons. It was several officers to one shooter.
I love love Lauren Hill she deserves the number one spot that album is epic
You are exactly right again Funky I wouldn’t do it BUT thank da Lawd for the ones who picked that career…. Love you Funky! Have fun in Huntsville! I cannot wait for the cruise 😊
Q I'm so happy your event sold out. I can't wait for the cruise.
I understand the rhetoric of every job having its limitations. However, we make choices and choose where we want to spend time. If everyone took on that attitude there would be no teachers, social workers EMTs, etc. Unfortunate,y, some careers are dangerous but someone has to do the work, and death is a high probability for police officers. Of course, I truly support adequate pay and people in or close to humanitarian careers should receive an higher pay, based on risk and level of interaction. It’s sad that jobs requiring a high level of interaction and trauma are not starting as a six figure salary. It takes a brave soul to risk their life everyday to make sure others can live their life.
LAPD are starting at $90 or $100k
@@QueenMFowler good to hear! I wonder how efficient it is with the cost of living in LA.
@@YaaKesha One can live reasonably well at 90k+, but also contingent on the size of your family and your neighborhood. I believe they offer a generous housing stipend as well. So they're pretty desperate for officers...Glad I'm single/no kids nonetheless.

You’re wrong on this one, Q. As a public school teacher we are expected to save students and sacrifice ourselves in situations like this. Now, I’m not a policeman but if teachers are trained to put their selves in harms way to save children, it’s hard for me to believe the police aren’t also trained to do so as both are public servants.
Also police officers are easy 6 figures. Base pay is 80k in most area. Their OT is crazy

You made it seem like you knew Katrina for a few months at least. Erotica is my favourite kinda novel. Love me a good ole nasty, scandalous love story.
$70k for a dead child. . . Jesus fix it. They should have gone to trial. People easily get $250k for losing a body part in personal injury cases.

Q, I love but I hate when folks talk speak on subjects without having all of the information. The parents are filing lawsuits against dozens of Texas Department of Public Safety officers and Uvalde's school district. Among them - a $500 million federal suit against nearly 100 state police officers who took part in the botched law enforcement response.
Que that’s like saying a fire fighter shouldn’t need to feel the need to go inside a burning building to safe people. That’s the job. Being that it’s the job if you don’t want to save people then don’t apply and accept the job. Policemen accept that responsibility when they take the pledge upon graduation. 🤷🏾♀️
Thank you for another great show!❤ And the interview was made me want to get the book, looking forward to read it🌷🌷🌷🌷
Funky I disagree , if they choose to do the job they understand that they are putting their lives in the line everyday. It's definitely their job and no some of us wouldn't do it .
Blueberry wine sounds niiiccee. 🧡
The thing is…those kids parents were outside WILLING and READY to save those kids. The police used force to stop them from going in. You’re right, I wouldn’t do the job, but they are. Protect and serve or take off the uniform.
Great show Funky 😍
That reminded me of Baby Boy when the hairdresser was like “40 DOLLLERZZZ?!?!?!?” 😭🤣😭
I love the guests you bring in!! I’m going to read her books haha
Fight or flight response can't be an excuse for the police when it's never an excuse for a suspect. Just like a fire fighter is expected to run in a burning building to rescue someone, a police officer is expected to put themselves in danger (especially when they are in large numbers).
The difference is Chad has conducted his self as a person who has grown Evelyn plays like she has grown every few years then goes back to doing the same things.
