    had the same bike, first 1992 XJ600S model in same color. reminds me of good trips. Sold it after 20 years in perfect maintained condition. bad cold start capabilities were a feature of this bike…

    Great watch, as always! I like following your adventures to get an idea of what it might be, it's very relatable. I used to have the same bike as well, and I can see it's capable of much more than I ever thought! You mentioned your normal job - would you mind sharing what you do as a normal job?

      Actually my normal job is working for a motorcycle shop and managing there social media. I applied with my UA-cam channel there as reference. Because I literally dropped out of uni at 0 subscribers to do everything to some how make a living on UA-cam with traveling and motorcycles

    Cool video! Keep it up! 💪🏻
    Loved how excited you were about the loose stuff. That's what adventuring is all about. 🔥
    There are supposed to be some free hot springs as well, maybe should have tried to find some of those.

      Yea it was definitely one of the surprising highlights of the trip

    There's usually little risk involved with filming black metal gigs. Who on earth would be able to recognise any song structure in a smartphone recording there?
    And the metal lot are _the best_ at partying. There's nowhere you can have more interesting or friendlier chats and more peace. 🤗

    The moment I saw the blue pools of water, I thought I know this place. Yes, it's touristy, but buy a ticket - don't forget you get free drinks in the pool - and just take the longest bath EVER (I stayed 2 hours) ;-) PS check your local sleep over, they may have their own "blue lagoon".

    Have you ever heard of the Trans Euro Trail (TET), Miles? Might scratch your off road itch

    • @zweispurmopped
      @zweispurmopped Рік тому +1

      _Those_ tracks might be a bit of a long stretch for a Yamaha XJ…

    • @koenmldr
      @koenmldr Рік тому +2

      @zweispurmopped depends on where you do it. I believe some parts should be fine. Like those in The Netherlands. These seem to be not really off road. So with some planning Miles might find suitable parts in Germany. I'm planning to drive the Utrecht - Arnhem part of the TET in NL by 50cc moped.

      @FreeMilesMC  Рік тому +3

      Actually i have and i already have Made some thoughts and ideas about a potential trip over the tet in the future

    • @FreeMilesMC
      @FreeMilesMC  Рік тому +3

      I think with maybe a few modifications it should be possible to explore maybe even some more advanced parts of the Trans Euro Trail
