Honestly, as a trucker who does LTL, this is usually how it goes. I always try to check to be sure of where the dock is, but a lot of times, you can't really see it from the satellite view or Google Street View so it's always a guessing game. "oh I guess it could be at the back of the building, or maybe it's this garage door at the front, maybe it's this dock door on the side of the building, I guess I'll just go and figure it out when I get there"
I waited 3hrs today with vp20009. The red air line connector on the trailer ripped off with a tight turn. Just realized I had your trailer today. The trailer red connector popped of but luckily I was at a warehouse when it happened.

Hey Dave, love the videos I’ve been looking into trucking for quite a long time, but your videos was the nail in the coffin and I am now a driver. I won’t say the company name, but I just finished my mentorship after getting my CDL and as soon as we get back from Arizona, I go for upgrade to start driving solo. Keep up the amazing content. OH MAN! Nothing more irritating than to pull into a drop off and someone blocks or impedes the path to reach your dock! It's like they think they are the ONLY PERSON that will be using the dock or the yard. You have more patience than me. At least you got the trailer into the dock without any damage to anything, other than the air line. I hope it'll be a long time before you run into anymore of those.

I have actually turned up at two different airports because of wrong addresses... once in Greensboro NC in the maintenance parking lot and once in TN at a municipal airport... got some weird looks in a flatbed hauling lumber and house trim....lol

Online keeps sending ya to these tight AF places 😂 Poor Dave. I had a double drop today and both places sucked. Restaurant Depot (literally a warehouse store with enough space for three trucks but had four trucks and two box trucks trying to be out of each other’s way) and Publix DC in Deerfield Beach, FL. Hate it, least I get to go home finally. Been on the road for two months!

Lucky for us we are always drop and hook there.

crazy to think that a newly built warehouse isn't setup to easily take in 53' trucks, imagine as they get more established and have more stuff sitting around outside you'd have to back in off the street and in around... the architects and stuff need to be more mindful of that

Hi Dave i have a question... how fast can your truck go? In ats there is a speed limiter on our trucks (65mph) which u can also turn off... but i often see you going over 70...?
We used to be governed to 72 but a few months ago my company knocked all the trucks down to 68.
