Those are white chanterelles. Might want to also mention that there are different types of mushrooms that the parasitic fungus infects for the lobster to happen, could be Russula could be Lacatrius. Great video!
Thanks for your educational show , I really liked it , I just heard that it is better to harvest a mash room with a knife or scissor in order to let them grow in the following year , Thanks
Morteza Jafar not true. Think about the mycelium as a tree and the fruiting body (mushroom) is like an apple. You break the apple off at the appropriate spot, how nature intended it. The many animals that eat fungi and spread the indigestible spores don’t have knives, nor do they worry about leaving roots behind. Some plants like grasses require its roots to regrow, so grass eating hooved animals (ungulates) break off the stalk leaving the roots behind.
spectralmunchkin Busy mate, gone down to two days a week at my job as I am doing five days a week looking after my propertys, so 7 days a week at the moment, sleep is my friend :)

rainygirl65 nope. Pointless to cut the stems. Think about how the fruiting bodies have release indigestible spores consumed by a variety of animals over millions of years. Not many of those creatures carried knives. The species survived just fine.
Thanks man...never even heard of a lobster mushroom...way cool that you get out in God's green Earth picking wild mushrooms.
