Great video. I recently changed from the Garmin default zones to using % of HRR but did a all-out 5K parkrun today and did it in 28:45. Using HRR zones it put me 78% of the time in Z5 which can’t be accurate as I’m out of shape (5K PB is 22:47) . But using this run as a lactate threshold test it puts me for about 10 min into Z5 which sounds more reasonable as average HR was 194 bpm for final 18:45 min.
