Usually rice n all ingredients are ground and left for sm tm or if using rice pow we mix all and leave it for a few hours n then make the appams so that Soda is not reqd

Was wondering how much of back screen work would go into making your ond video, as you dug batter into a cup b4 pouring into the mould; since cleaning that thick batter all around the cup itself is a task!! Hats off to you lady!! (you could use a serving spoon to fill the glass though and I'm sure that would save some energy💜)
I usually eont criticise recipe videos. But here I wonder what's the point of this video? To show you can make different dishes in traditional looking set up? Or to share the recipe? I have no clue what the ingredients are and the process is about...how to decide if I like and even if I do what would I share? And though it looks nice and colourful to see all the gorgeous bangles it seems very unrealistic that one wears like that while cooking..but that's your choice as perhaps an appealing sight. When we don't get the recipe watching the video becomes rathe3 futile isn't it?
