My definition of ricer is a foreign made car that you can see literally anywhere and that sounds like a washing machine choking on a dog toy. For example; you wouldn’t just see a Lamborghini in a McDonald’s drive through red lining.

The Zonda is my all time favorite car, it was in Hot Pursuit and The Run, nobody really used it tho because it wasn't that competitive in The Run... after that never seen again (apart from Shift 2) The LFA and Carrera GT were in Rivals but only as a cop car ffs -.- LFA was perfect on Most Wanted. The Rivals car list is very underrated.
The only difference the cars make is the swap of the engine. The noise of the ultimate turbo is the same because That fluttering noise is the sound of a turbo operating in compressor surge, as the compressor 'chops' through the air rather than pushing the air into the engine. Does nothing performance wise.

Amazing sounds. But honestly, the best sounding car from NFS franchise for me, will always be Porsche Carrera GT from NFS Carbon. I dont know how close or far was the sound from reality. But that Porsche sound was nuts.
As I'm watching these lists...It makes me miss how Midnight Club did it where there were races for specific classes. Truck races, and classic muscle races, and tuner races...
I love the sounds... Turbo sounds exactly beautiful but just one thing Why all cars sound like stock when they are over 1000hp? Should be high pitched and aggressive. Exhaust tuning is not helping us.

grkhunter The 2F2F sound has nothing to do with the exhaust. It has to do with the turbocharger setup. What you need is a single turbo setup and a decat front pipe.

For me the sad part is that I completely laid off this game in favour of FH4 for some more realistic handling. This video actually makes me want to play NFS more than Forza thanks to the vastly superior sounds of this game...
