FPS Guys As though Forza is in anyway a real life simulator. Provided that we’re talking about Forza horizon 4, aside from graphics, the game is purely an arcade racer, just like NFS. Neither game is aimed to a simulator either, so unless you’re talking about Forza 7 or something, I don’t really see the point in your comment.

Take notes Forza, this is how you do car sounds
The Forza developers don’t make the car sounds however. They pay to outsource it from other companies. For FM7 and FH4 they had to switch to a different company for engine sound effects due to copyright issues. Unfortunately that resulted in a downgrade which is why some of the FH4 sounds are reused for different cars or just completely nothing like the car.

But yea to me the best car sounds are from fh2 and 3. I haven’t gotten an nfs since 2015 so I might get nfs Heat looks pretty damn good. I just wish there were more cars...

Need for Speed nailed it with this one. The cars in the game sound really close to how they do in real life... Especially the AMG GTR, Perfomante and 458

GTR R-35 has so realistic sound in NFS Heat and Payback
the gtr sounds a lot more like an aftermarket exhaust in nfs heat. the gtr r35 sounds awful in reality but the nfs heat and aftermarket gtr exhausts sound the exact same

Need for speed sounds with Forza Horizon physics and combined graphics would be the ultimate masterpiece.

Pretty good sounds, nfs has better sounds than forza only problem I have with NFS is the R34 skyline sounds stock even if you upgrade or tune the way you want it to sound

Cadence Henderson car customization is amazing, trust me on that. It‘s like underground but I can really guarantee underground esk customization. But if you find a car that is very customizable, you can do it to your hearts content
Slide the Agression all to the left and then fidle with the tone i think it is u can change it quite a bit

The Performante sound in the game is really REALLY identical.
But regular Huracan still like NFS 2015.

Now this sounds i can call true to life! NFS always nailed it when it comes to engine sounds. I remember playing MW 2005 using manual transmission and enjoying those engine sounds. What times and how excited i was. Thank you for your work sir!
NFS Heat: The moment you realize an arcadish game has more accurate sound than GT Sport- which is supposedly simulation.

The snores and roars of these cars are songs to my ears.
Everyone seems surprised at how accurate the sounds are but NFS has always nailed it. Even in the Criterion games, the sounds were perfect. Although they should really tone down on the flames.

For a stock Impreza I the game, it doesn’t quite have the boxer rumble. The only reason it sounded like the clip was because the one in the video had equal length headers as opposed to the stock unequal headers of a standard scooby

I feel like the cars rev up too quick, it's almost like the second you floor it they are red lining
That’s because they are maxed out I believe. When they are completely stock, they do not rev as fast
Even though the gameplay is by default, in 3rd person, the engines sound as they would if one were in each cars respective cockpit. IT WOULD BE NICE if the IRL recordings were in-car as well, that way the sound comparisons wouldn't be overly different🤔👌

You know guys what`s funny Huracan Performante Coupe/Spyder sounds just like the real Huracan but regular versions are still reusing the Gallardo sound from NFS 2015.
There was never a Gallardo in 2015.

Unfortunately in my country, because of the high taxes the probability of seeing cars like this is very, very low. (fuel price per liter 7.70 tl)
Here the problem is actually being able to afford one, amg gt no tax costs 200k euros, with tax its 374k euros, that doesnt include annual taxation
2015 amg gt-s 4.0 ; 10,500 km, 336k euros with tax but if not tax 88k euro around. Do you live in which country ?

When it comes to the Exotic cars i'm quite divided on which engine sound i prefer; the low gutteral growls of those biturbo V8's or the high screams and wails of atmospheric V10's and V12's.
Then again. i'm more of a Tuner guy. So just give me those rotaries and boosted-to-hell six bangers!

The RPM's in nfs heat are way way too low for real life counter parts, you can tell the sound cuts off at like 5,000 rpm instead of the full 7,000 or 6,500 almost in every car it can be seen a rev limiter too short this can be seen in a mazda RX7 as well which is ridiculous

Sounds closely to the real life, it's just the sounding is on onboard
10:46 Every car with positive intake pressure (Turbo or Supercharger) will have afterburner in the exhaust, just accelerate too much to get high RPM and stop accelerating, the engine keeps spinning, the pistons keep the valve open and the positive engine pressure will make go out flames.
