Can I use ALF appliance if I have bridges in the molar area?

We use a technique we call "turbos" with ALFs. We create turbos to decompress the jaw joints while the ALFs level cranial bones and expand the arches. Here is a video from the internet that looks like what we create: ua-cam.com/video/POLJNtngoVo/v-deo.html&feature=emb_logo
The turbos are flat and we do not set a bite in them. This helps our patients with inflammation and pressure in the joints as well as symptoms of TMD.
Is it possible to eat wearing tubos on the molars ?
You certainly can. We just recommend not hard foods like nuts, candy, etc...
I can't speak English very well so can using Alf make my jawline grow foward?

@@foxyssbeer5612 it can correct jawline featured, yes. but you’ll need more than alf to correct an overbite. for me i as well have a slight overbite and after i use alf i’m going to get braces to fix that
