MATH! Seriously for all of you asking "what's the point?", it's cool, a way to show off knife skills, and also an interesting geometry demonstration in its own right. Like a Mobius strip but made of carrot.

Really enjoyed your demonstration on the carrot chain. I would use this to decorate food at kids parties etc, would really be a talking point. Just had a christening party celebration and did a melon pram with baby in the pram, turned out really great and had really good comments on it. Will definately try the carrot chain, thankyou for the demonstration. Love the way you can use food carvings for parties and buffets. PB

I would try to make one of these garnishes, but i would probably end up cutting my finger off. LOL :).If I did make one I would probably pack a lunch just to show off my amazing carrot chain. If i do that and people ask me about it I will recommend your channel :).
I'm pretty sure I would use this chain as a playful garnish with your Tiger Sushi Roll, make it look like the tiger is playing with it.

I like the chain. I will put one on top of a salad. It is so cool, because obviously no one will ever be able to figure out how it is done, unless, they watch your video and I certainly wont tell.

Carrot chain makes a perfect necklace for a rabbit. Nice bracelet for kids at a children's party. Would be nice to hold a stack or bundle of small or square food items, or to encircle a carrot cake...a nice decorative touch.
My guess is you're an aspie who's obsessed with the decorative uses of food. Well done.
