  • This B-Segment hatch from #Opel falls into a category all of it's own that I define as a #FunHatch. The 110kW output from the turbo engine matched with a slick 6 speed manual, gives you great power and tight and nippy handling. Loaded with spec and extra's the #CorsaSport provides great value as well.
It may be a bit of a sleeper in the SA market, but currently without competitors like the Suzuki Swift Sport or Fiesta ST, it has this mini category all to itself.

Very infomative vid Alan......thanks. I like the car, profile looks good, always been a fan of Opel, had a couple in my lifetime. Sadly, Opel, being a very capable, underated brand has kind of lost its way here in SA.

Is the opel corsa turbo 1.4 150 cv the same as Opel corsa turbo 1.4 100cv? I say if is the same motor?

As far as I know it is the same enigine. Only the turbo is tuned to come in at higher revs on the 150hp one and earlier on the 100hp model. This means the 100hp one is probably quicker early on.

Its actually 220NM of torque. NOT 205.
