As a Kiwi I really rate O'Mahony At his peak he is the best in the world in his position. Tough no nonsense character but also has a good balance with family. Family first rugby that's for sure!

Yes he looks in training. After a long season he would have lost a fair few of those kilos. Some players might feel better with less weight but enough power to play well.
