I have been waiting for another video with the mica powders because I have all the IBD builder gels, mica powders and the little jars from Amazon...lets go...love your channel, can't get enough
I am transitioning from acrylic to hard gel from my family sense of smell but as a newbie and actually made my own colors in acrylic so I’m excited for making my own color gels. Thanks for the update! I just need to figure out the glow in the dark combo! YOU ROCK!
I bought a gel pot from model one I’ve never tried gel before I fell in love.I had some colors in my Amazon part then I said no I have all of those pigments and water. Somebody on UA-cam will know how to make a gel pot and your video was the first one that I found. All I had to buy was the ibd gel and a mixing plate thank you so much.
Hi there. DAWN from Las Vegas. Another great idea for tinted powders to mix with gel. So inventive of you to do this on a video tutorial!!! I loved the one you did with glitter and builder gel too!!! Last night I saw that one. And today this...thanks so much again!!!
I got all this stuff about 6 months ago and have been doing the same thing! I love being able to make my own colors! Also being creative and mixing so many different colors with glitters and stuff! Amazing!
I commented on the last haul you did about the shiny material that you got from zulays, well I found some children's costume skirts at dollar tree that look so close and are thin enough to cut and use in a nail! I got 4 different colors! You just seem as creative as me so I thought I'd let you know! Lol

Amazing!!! Been waiting for this video! It’s funny yesterday I put a 50 colors mica pigments pack in my cart on amazon. I was thinking you’d show a video soon! Can’t wait to do the same!
Dang girl......you are ambit! I can't believe you mixed all those colors at once!!! I'm so happy to see what they look like mixed, I've had them in my Amazon cart since you got them. I'll definitely order them now, sooooo excited! They came out gorgeous! Now you have everything you need to do some gorgeous color blocking *hint hint* ♥️

I absolutely loved watching you do this! I have these exact pigments and already started making custom acrylics but never thought about doing hard gel but now I will! Going to look for some pots And hard gel!
Hi Lissette! Love your channel and videos! Followed your instructions and made my own burgundy glitter hard gel...going to try it on my pedicure today. Love your ideas!
Hello 2 U...I just found your channel. I have been afraid of gel until I started watching U work with it. Its getting a lit' better, however I'm still not sure about the type of base to use doing prep for these gels. I've been binge watching your videos; to try and get the floating technique down. Thanks for the education on gels.
This is amazing 👏 when I did the math including your time at $100 an hour you "spent" $680 to $700 (6 hrs @$100 + $80ish in supplies) and on average you'd probably spend at least $15 (not including shipping) for a small jar of builder gel... you saved AT LEAST $120. AND have way a better and unique color selection 👌 and think of all the services you can get out of one jar. Dang this is amazing!!!!
Nice l love them. I buy my pigments from amazon for quickness and ali express too since its really cheap, love the money lo save buying from ali express!
@@marianorton8095 it was the first builder gel l used and still have the same jar for around 2 years now but l do acrylics too. The reason I can recommend it is because when I first started doing nails l got quite a bit of lifting and I was using an acid free primer. Thought l would try an acid primer since that puts tiny little pits in the nail whereas acid free is like double sided sticky tape, so l go on amazon and find the cheapest one and it's silcare brand too. It was about 4£ so not much and since I have been using it l don't get anymore lifting, it's brilliant! I'm in the UK so if you're in the US you might have better choices too. If you are in the US you might like to keep an eye on the brand / website called igel,it had a big sale not so long ago and their pots of acrylic were only about 5$. You probably already know about it but if you don't they say that they are dip powders but most of them work with monomer. Hope you have a nice day!
Damn girl - you did it! What a project. But you're right, so worth it for the price. What's the ratio of powder to gel? Like just a scoop to cover the top? I think I might just try this...

Hi just curious because I really wanna try this does mixing mica with the gel change the viscosity, finish or drying quality of it ?
if you add to much pigment you won’t be able to use it as a builder gel you’ll have to add it in thinner layers.
