138k for 30 acres? plus a 6 to 8k trailer removal? that's crazy, good luck with that one
92k max
A request, please: when you are walking through the property, could you show your location on the plat map? It would help a lot.
1:00 Is that what you were speaking of?
$1700 a year in property taxes is a shock for just 30 acres in Maine.
its assessed at almost 80k, so whoever buys it at 138k will be paying around 3k a year.
@@Zach-gl8nl- Excellent point!
I’m drooling on this one Spencer. It’s what I want other than the junk trailer.
This one is getting a lot closer for you Larry!
@@lifestyleproperties I know but my funds have temporarily dwindled while I’m trying to sell two trucks and a snow plow. Can you take it off until late January? 😉
Year round dead end road, well, septic and 30 acres with a servicable garage with loft. Not terribly priced. Taxes seem to be for a full house level though.
Thanks for sharing.
Great video Hope the pups are good

Beautiful area. Unique layout
Thanks for watching.
How deep is it to bedrock? Could you build a pond on the property? How deep?
Is Mr Wood stating that the well and septic are both viable...?

How far would it be to swim in the ocean from here?
A long ways, and given the location, it will be cold except for a month-ish in the summer. See the overview at 1:00 for a ballpark of the location.
@@Erin-Thor I like to do the polar bear swimming thing year-round, so the cold doesn't bother me. But I was more wondering if there are swimming beaches within an hour or so. Or is it really far from an swimming beach on the ocean.
An hour@@factitiously
@@factitiously- @Maine_cat_rescue might be correct. I looked at the little red square they showed and the larger lakes in the area and my SWAG says 25 miles to the coast, about 45 minutes drive according to google maps. But… I am not familiar with the area and am totally guessing. As to the cold water swimming, not for me. 🥶 LOL!
@@thesawyerstreetcrew- I think you’re right! It’s not as far as I thought. 👍🏽😎👍🏻
