Samantha Martin may I suggest using fractionation induction before listening to any effect or transformation in your case? It usually works better for people with ADD than regular progressive relaxation
If you're able to lucid dream, you're a good subject for hypnosis, I'd say. And if you ever spaced out during a car trip or something or forgot what was happening around you while reading a book, you definitely "can" be hypnotized :) Good luck with it next time and keep in mind what I said.
ive played a choice of mermaid of fairy i chose mermaid and i had a choise of powers multiple ones and i chose purple the color as my power color aka this was my dream but i didnt know that in the dream i had so much fun and then my mom woke me up in the real world for school

Make a trigger. Record a phrase "zombie virus(snap)", play it. I usually record an end phrase too. I don't like making self-triggers (I say it(snap)) because it's too easy to stop. You have total mental control over who you let trigger you, and when you will allow it.

I can finally confirm that this one worked for me when it comes to inductions where imagining stuff was asked. This was the first one I could at least picture some things vividly in trance and feel most of the things describe. The thing I didn't like so much, though, was when you told us we could breathe underwater so late. I don't think it was meant to happen, but I hold my breath unconsciously the whole time before you said anything about that and felt a bit uncomfortable when I noticed it eventually. The induction itself was good, though, even though I don't remember much of it anymore since I listened to it two or three days ago. I still know it had that odd numbers thing in it. But keep the good work up, UH. Maybe a future recording from you will finally allow me to picture something in my mind vividly when in trance instead of me just getting blurry images and trying to concentrate too much. Also, suggestions like only hearing your voice and nothing from my surroundings will never work. I really hope to be able to experience this one day. Keep up the good work and I hope you'll at least read my request I sent :)
