Great video. You had me pretty nervous just watching you trying to release it specially when the stick slipped of and tryed to come towards you. Glad you didn,t get bit. You got plenty of nerve for sure. I was on edge more then you sitting home on the couch ha,ha. Don,t think i try it. Great to see it done thou. See you on your next one.
Another awesome video, I know your heart wasn't pumping releasing that lynx. Thanks for the shout out and hope there's lots of more mug ups for the mug.
Now that's a hook (trap) and release to get your blood flowing lol. Definitely show that the trap doesn't hurt them. Lynx are definitely not something that you see many of i agree my buddy. I was surprised to see one on my trail cam last month. A lot of people would have finished him, good on you to do the right thing and after getting to know you I'm not surprised my buddy. Yeah the New View Clothing is great stuff , been wearing mine all fall its comfortable, great wear and as you pointed out very quiet. I'm hoping to get the warmer stuff come for the winter months when get colder. Great spot for boil up for sure, life is good in the woods. Great video my buddy as usual, looking forward to the next one
Great video! Thank you for showcasing our product and providing such positive feedback before your adventure. Your detailed explanation of the trap setting process and knowledge will surely teach a lot of people! Do you think our standard package might not be warm enough? Honestly, we are currently developing hunting gear with better insulation.
@@newviewhunting for really cold weather I’m saying no. But it did keep me warm that day no problem. It was around -4 degrees that day. And thank you for the great suit. I just sent a email also
I’m pretty hard of hearing on a good day but between that crazy wind blowing and the ATV engine noise I missed out on about 80% of what you were saying.
I really hate those leg hold traps. You have no control over what you are catching, my brother had his beagle caught in one a couple of years ago. I love hunting and fishing, but I just don't see the need for trapping animals just for their fur. The way that lynx limped away, I doubt he will be able to catch enough rabbits to stay alive.
@@Black_River_Outdoors Yeah okay, I did watch that video and you are right. Actually your videos are very interesting. Have you ever tried eating the beavers that you catch? I saw a video one time where someone was cooking one. Can't see why they wouldn't be good, lots of meat there. New subscriber.
Great release on the lynx.......great videos....👍

I agree, what a beautiful animal.

Great job
I appreciate the support.
Well done, I haven’t trapped for a good spell but often let mink go out of rabbit slips same way but easier with a small animal like a mink.
Thanks for the feedback!
Great to see a safe release of a beautiful cat.
Thanks for watching
Lolol....I say that took years off of you! Not too many would attempt that release, wicked!

you should be wearing a helmet bud love your video's
If your hunting you don’t have to wear one under 20km a hour
Sending a lady friend your way Neil. She may have some trapping questions for ya. Not sure if she will comment under the videos or email ya ~ Krista ~
