Hello Saurabh, Firstly, if these are the options you’re considering then we’d put in a good word for Apex Alphabet’s 1987 SF. Layout & location wise, it’s better than both. To answer your query about Stellar and Palm specifically, we’ve the following input : - Stellar One is more promising, even though SamIndia(Palm Olympia) has an extensive profile of govt. projects. Although, the quality is something which keeps varying from project to project. Hence, we’d rather prefer Stellar. - Budget wise comparison would be quite unfair since the sizes have a huge difference. This will further increase/decrease the budget. - Both will have significant rise in prices depending upon their possession timelines too. Stellar One has an advantage of futuristic location(Sec 1, better connectivity to Central Noida, low FAR) Stellar is trading at Rs 10K/SF, Palm is at Rs 12K/SF. Although, Palm’s latest phase has better amenities planned. Yet, Stellar might have a better chance of appreciation. The difference between them might be nominal. Hope this helps :)
