Michael, you are a treasure chest of detail. The connection between breath stop and vocal (even nerve) damage if you leak air, the overtones that result from retaining air … what crucial pieces of information. Thank you for sharing your awesome knowledge!

Thank you Michael - I swear that you are sounding better than ever!! Have you ever done a video on singing high on an i vowel (eeee)? I have such trouble with it and haven't been able to solve the issue with my teacher. Thank you for all your videos - they have genuinely transformed my singing.

i assume the problem might be a chocking aur constricted feeling on a narrow vowel like e!

His technique help my voice greatly, I now hardly feel pain in my throat anymore. Mr Trimble, could you advise how a singer breath and do a breath stop quickly between line in a song?

Michael, do you have a presentation about keeping the larynx from rising, even after getting a very full, low breath?

Is there a technique for a smooth transition from voice to falseto like in "le belle forme disciogliea daí veli" or " et j'etais une chose a toi" ? It sounds so awsome.

Hello! Melissa from Italy ☺️I’m a pop/jazz singer, can I use same breathing method and lanryx position for transition from chest voice to mix?🙏🙏🙏Thank you very much, you’re truly the best vocal coach I’ve ever met

As someone who has been dabbling between classical and contemporary for years: No need for adapting the breathing method and basic idea of the breath stop. Adapting the larynx position might be necessary, though, should you find yourself sounding too operatic for the music you sing. Record yourself and be your own judge first and foremost. Also you may want to look into Alexander Kariotis, who has made a career out of mixing classical with contemporary singing.
