    Yes, I had Diabetes 2, diagnosed in 2012; I started to research, and I reversed it. My A1C is 4.7. All Diabetes is food poisoning. Of course, the doctors still call me a person with Diabetes, and they all ask me what I did. I changed my lifestyle, and now I have CKD 5 eGFR 10%, however. When I was diagnosed in 2018, I was able to bring my EGFR to 17% for 5 years. Unfortunately, my kidneys failed in November 2024. I am dealing with kidney issues, and of course, their methods will kill me; my heart doctor wanted me to take a statin; I laughed because he said my cholesterol was slightly high. I politely declined. Also, regarding the salt intake requirements, I take it every day (Celtic Salt). Dr Barabara ONiel gave this advice. Thank you for all you do. I plan to read all your books and hope to take a master's class when offered.

    Sugar and carbs are addictive. Once hooked, and often at a very early age in the United States… it’s very hard to sober up. Society does not support it. Takes self-discipline to get off all carbs and eat for health.
