Would like to give it a go and need the "low/high" temp details for the oil, please. Couldn't find the recipe on your website... Cheers!

Start by cooking the chicken through at 225F, then let rest after the chicken hits an internal temp of 155F (White meat), 165F (dark meat), let rest for at least 10 minutes, then finish at 350F until golden brown and crunchy, maybe 3-5 more minutes max.

I definitely want to try both recipes & compare them for myself. They both have their place on the table which is a lovely alternative to a chicken dish. I do have one massive problem though... I can't eat that much salt (health reasons). Adam & Andy- how can I make these dishes with less salt? I know you favor seasoning at every step so skipping salt at any step isn't advisable. Can I just cut down on the amount of salt at each step? I can't have alcohol either; any suggestions for the vodka? Thanks, guys; these look delicious.

I feel ya, well, I would say simply use less salt. You know what you can handle, adjust accordingly. It's totally okay to cut back on it to a point. I hope that helps :/

      @@AdamWitt Thanks, Adam.
Cooking is really a puzzle to me now because I'm not supposed to use any salt or alcohol at all- ugh.
What can I substitute for the Vodka in the Korean Fried Chicken Batter + Sauce?

i love the Korean fried chicken, because i spent most of my life in the k town areas of the western U S, however as a southern Sacramento native, growing up around midtown, I've grown to love the Nashville hot chicken, a little more because it's local. i'd like to see a video like this, involving hot dogs.
