- Enjoy this soft, fluffy PUTO CHEESE RECIPE. it's easy to make and I'm sure your family will love this recipe at pwede ring pang negosyo.
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups of cake flour
- ⅓ cup sugar ( if you want for sweeter you can use ½ cup instead of ⅓ cup)
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- ¾ cup water ( 180g)
Meringue
- 4 egg whites
-¼ cup sugar
* Steam for 10-12 minutes (low heat)
~ Silicon mold size : 70×45×32mm
