The moab tire chirp never gets old! I mountain biked that trail a couple years ago. Its got some sweet obstacles! Looks like you guys had a great time
Sooo true! We love that sound. It was a blast! Thanks for watching!
Looks like you guys had a whole lot of fun. both those Gen 1 Xterra are badass!
It was a blast! Thanks you. You can se the walk around video of them here:

A great video, as usual….. Gonna be doing it soon, but glad I saw it 1st!
Thank you. Have fun!
Great video and trail
Thanks!
Good video and good commentary.
Thank you!
Great filming.
Thank you!
Great to meet you at sand hollow today.
Great meeting you also!
That drop omg! Sketchy as hell!
instablaster
Thanks for watching !
That drop is definitely something I would never do!
It's pretty intimidating. Thanks for watching!
Yep...I chickened out on the wall (also referred to as Dragons Tale) obstacle in my lifted 2 door Jeep Rubicon on 35's and turned around. I was by myself. Love your vids and analysis of trails!
It’s intimidating for sure!
Glad you enjoy the videos!
No bypass? Or can you go to drivers side of wall?
@@jamespeters3907 no by-pass and the driver side option is even sketchier putting you off at an extreme off camber angle.
Oh ok. Thanks for responding. I'm not sure if we will try it. With stock Jeep JLUR. If we do. I think we'll take off spare tire for sure.
@@jamespeters3907 with a 4 door you'll be ok. Stack more rocks for piece of mind.
Love the video! Wouldn't try it in my Ford Fiesta...
Thanks! Probably not……. But what if it had a lift 😂
Great video. Some of my favorite vehicles and all seemed to do quite well. Wondered if the silver Xterra had an engine swap? Front axle swap?
Glad you enjoyed it! It has engine work but not a swap. Check out this video for a ton of info on it:

We did this trail today; but we came up the opposite way and stopped at the fall. It was really fun but a bit hairy in a few spots.
We’ve never run it in that direction. Glad you had a good time!
@@RogueOverlandwe attempted going through the other way too. We had a 1957 international truck with 35s and then my 09 taco with 33s and rear locker. He wasn’t able to do the wall going up, so we ended up having to turn around and do the whole trail once more in the dark. It was my first time ever taking my Tacoma wheeling and ever being the driver. Came out with missing mud flaps but other than that no damage to either vehicle. At the time sketchy, but still incredibly fun!
The last river crossing coming from the other direction is a real hitch dinger!
@@RogueOverlandI’ve always wondered if I was gonna be able to do it in the taco going either way. What size lift and tires was this Tacoma in the video on?
xterra 💥
💥👍💥
Do you have a Walkaround video or some specs on that green xterra?
Not yet but we have been talking with the owner about doing one. Thanks for watching!
@@RogueOverland, Please! I have a 2005 Gen2, and I love that setup! I will be adding a Shrockworks front and rear bumper soon!
@@RogueOverland I would also be interested in watching that
How long did it take you to do this trail? We are planning a trip to Moab this coming summer
4-ish hours with taking the time to video. You will love Moab!
Did the Cherokee do the big drop on its own? No strap to the back? The camera angle suddenly changes down to like way off the hill.
Yes it did it on its own without a strap. We were just trying to provide different points of view for people to see the obstacle.
Is the cherokee on 33s?@@RogueOverland
@@sweatstyle06 Correct. IT is now on 35s!
Nice video...but I'll keep my steel straight.
😂. Thanks!
Is there a bypass to the wall? Or can you go down drivers side? Or is that side worst ?
There wasn’t in the past but unfortunately over the years people have run in a path on the drivers side. It’s a bit off camber but is doable.
I always go the other way and go up the wall. Easy trail...really.
WOW!…… you must have a buggy if you climb the wall. Thanks for watching!
Does the FJ have 33’s or 35’s? Looking for research purposes before I attempt.
35s now. Here is the walk around video on it:
ua-cam.com/video/uwe1gUV2Mz4/v-deo.html
I can’t think of a better way to end the video! Camera 1 is down!!!
Lol..... we felt the same!
What roof rack is that on that yellow sexterra?
That is a custom build. Thanks for watching!
Does anybody know where people get the bumper bars and roof racks for certain vehicles??
The green Nissan is equipped with Hefty Fabworks stuff. Let them know we sent you over and they will take good care of you.
@@RogueOverland awesome thanks boys!
You almost die = “a lot of fun”
Truth. Thanks for watching!
Nope, need more suspension work and maybe 37’s before i hit that!
A good suspension for sure. You can get away with 33s or 35s depending on your driving skill. Thanks for watching!
Just curious why you seemed to cut the FJ footage short on almost every shot?
FJ owner may have their own channel and reserve the content for it. It's happened to me while out with another group. Especially if the channel is funded by views.
Coincidence. Thanks for watching!
This whole river eco system needs to be closed to motorized use because of water toxicity and off trail traffic.
Thanks for watching the video!
Honest question: Do you actually go into water deep enough to need the snorkel? It seems that if you’re in that deep, water is getting in to much more than your standard air intake.
Good question. For us in the desert it actually functions more to get cleaner air to the engine. Instead of sucking air from the wheel well where the tire is causing a ton of dust, the air is coming from up high with less dust. Thanks for watching!
