Redesigned Accu Stop for the Accu-Wedge Segmenting Carriage

This video will describe the newly redesigned Accu-Stop for the Accu-Wedge Segmenting system. The Accu-Stop is used to adjust the lengths of the segmented wedges when slicing the segmented wedges on the band saw using the Accu-Wedge Segmenting system. This video will describe the design of this new Accu-Stop, describe its new features, including a new indexing system, and also demonstrate it use and applications.
The main advantages of this new Accu-Stop is first of all its cost - it will be selling for about half the cost of the previous model. This cost reduction was mainly due to the elimination of the MagJig clamp. This new Accu-Stop uses two permanent magnets on its base which will securely hold the Accu-Stop onto the band saw table for the accurate slicing of segmented wedges.
The other main feature is the indexing system, which enables the accurate linear movement of the screw to adjust the lengths of the segments being sliced on the band saw. This adjusting knob has 10 indexed positions for the linear movement of the adjusting screw in increments of 0.005”
