Thrashing Supply components are the bomb..Lance and Juan are the coolest guys and their quality is impeccable.. so glad you decided to go that way...can;t wait for the bars and risers!
Thrashin Supply components are amazing! I have their floorboards too and absolutely love them! No more mushy feel, and the quality is second to none! Looks great John!
Nice to see you putting on some Thrashin products! They have a lot of great stuff and along with enjoying your channel I also enjoy their content as well…great to watch you plan your build that seems like it will be a more practical approach for average riders to enjoy upgrades that don’t break the bank account but enhance our riding experience!👍🏼well done excited to see your projects 😊
I replaced the shift lever on my 2021 Street Glide CVO with the Thrashin Billet Shift Lever and what an improvement. Neutral is easy to find and there is less clunking when you shift. Great product.
I just installed the thrasher shifter linkage on my tri-glide (2019) love it feels a lot stronger along with way less play then the stock linkage. Solid as hell! Spendy but hella worth it.
That cotter pin is a pain in the ass, I waited until I was swapping the exhaust before changing the brake arm but I guess I could have loosened up the brake reservoir. Thanks for sharing, Trashin has awesome stuff!
Looks great. I really do like the look. If I can suggest one thing..... A nice chrome shifter spacer would add to the look. I got mine from Baker Customz. They have several to choose from. I have one from them. Love it.
Have you considered blacking out your K&N filter with a black oil kit? I think it would look killer on your bike. Did it on my CVO's wedge and it came out amazing.
Awesome looks great ! Yup the Tharshin stuff is top quality I have it all on my bike mix and match chrome and black !! Hope you stop and see Juan and Lance when you are out west!
The black goes good with the chrome. I just installed my 9 and 1/2 in risers in Chrome with my black aggressive high bend bars. Look good on my street glide so I did it on my road glide. Next thing is those Apex running boards
Love it John! I went all Thrashin last year on my 22RGS replacing all foot pegs, control linkages, triple tree, bars, and riser, and gauge relocation kit. I will do it again on my next RG. They are superior components, providing weight savings performance and enhancing the looks of the bike. Enjoy them and ride safely my fellow vet. Go Navy!
Bike is coming out AWESOME John!! Great job!! Are you going to change the front forks to Chrome also? That will look BAD ASS!! When I had my bike front end chromed out I was like " holy shit!! That is amazing!! " lol. I love Chrome to begin with anyway lol. It looks awesome on a Harley!! Great video as always!! Keep up the great work and thank you for your service!! Ride safe 🇺🇸🤘🏻💯!!
I do like the modern blackout bikes. But I love Chrome. I was born in 1950. So I always laughed and say I was born in the Chrome age. The bike is looking good. Chrome lower fork legs and switch covers would really look good.😂😂 Be careful, ride save.
Jon you should put chrome fork lowers on the bike. It will clean up the look of the front end. Before I started riding the blacked-out bikes that was always among my first mods on my bikes. The look is so much cleaner.
I just installed all floor boards and foot controls on both sides of the road glide today. I absolutely love the Thrashin products. I bought it from the 2LaneLife guys, so that they both benefit from it.
Looks really good John and thanks for sharing. Just curious though as it looks like the passenger pegs and brake lever are the same? If so why didn’t you just put the black on the back.
It’s a Harley of course they vibrate some. That’s a silly question. Stock is rubber mounted. These are hard mounted. Use some common sense. The hard mount allows more feel of the bike Ie vibration
Boards look great but I have never ridden with boards that have no rubber to help isolate vibration from getting to your feet. I am curious if you feel as comfortable as stock. Bikes built for long distance and it looks like this is your build guideline let us know. I follow Thrashing as well. They have great content and beautiful parts but don’t see anything for a FLFBS.
Love the Thrashin stuff. Problem is, being Canadian, once you add the shipping, duty and exchange, it’s just too expensive. Trying to find a Canadian company that sells similar for my 2024 Roadglide. Not easy.
Scraping my stock floor boards doesn’t hurt my feelings. They are a wear item for me. Scraping those new floor boards would absolutely hurt my feelings. Looks sweet though. 👍
🤘 The Thrashin components look great for sure, but I hope raising the boards doesn't cause you discomfort on longer rides. You know the touring rule: Little annoyances, turn into major discomforts as the miles roll on...
How do the floorboards hold up in the rain? Are the slippery or still have good grip in the rain as well? Also, what about vibration through the boards?
Does the Thrashin shifter linkage have the same kind of connection like a ball socket or whatever as the stock one that seems kinda loose and wiggly? Or something sturdier?
I like the chrome look, I have same color bike, black and chrome. Problem for me is I’m 6’2 so higher floor boards prob not best for me and I also have a size 13 foot. I need more real estate not less.
@CycleFanatix hey john can u tell me what mad max sold for?? I mean we all know that bike had 10s of thousands if not like 30 or 40k worth of upgrades into it. That kind of gives us a idea of if the older bikes are losing value now that the new ones are out with new shape motor ect... also u should have reached out to lance jr he coukd have semt u a bar set up i mean im sure he has 1 in the warehouse like cmon u guys are bros esp 2lane boys u and lance sr rip it up when u can!! I love your guys collaborations i watch both of your guys channels lol!! Love the bike john cant wait for that stage 2 or even the big bore i know irlts coming and so do u lol!!!!
Thrashing Supply components are the bomb..Lance and Juan are the coolest guys and their quality is impeccable.. so glad you decided to go that way...can;t wait for the bars and risers!
They look kick ass, John. Your videos are gonna cost me a lot of money for my 24, thank you very much 😂
Brother, those parts look real nice. Always fun to do some upgrades in the garage. Cannot wait to see whats next. I'm rootin fer ya!
Thank you for this video! It helped me a lot with making these floor boards work.
Can't go wrong with Thrashin Supply. Top notch stuff from top notch people
Thank you for giving us old school chrome lovers some content to enjoy! I can't be the only one who's just not into the blacked out look.
Stoked on the build! Sorry we didn't have all the chrome parts available! Thanks for love!
Hell yeah !! Great products guys 🔥🔥💯 can’t wait to do the bar and risers, it’s going to look dope. Made in the 🇺🇸🇺🇸
Looks awesome, John!!! Thank you for your service and your sacrifice.
Thrashin Supply components are amazing! I have their floorboards too and absolutely love them! No more mushy feel, and the quality is second to none! Looks great John!

Lance and Juan make the best stuff. Quality is bar none. That’s the set up I want for mine. Looks awesome John.
Black n chrome is a vibe i can groove with! My 21 FLTRX is vivid/chrome and Thrashin looks great!
I am also 6'3 and I recommend the extensions for the floorboards.
Love the Thrasin guys and their parts are awesome!
Glad to see after market shifter linkage about time ,,just busting balls love your videos keep up the good stuff, hope to meet you someday.
I'm glade you went with Thrashin this time they make some awsome parts.
I replaced the shift lever on my 2021 Street Glide CVO with the Thrashin Billet Shift Lever and what an improvement. Neutral is easy to find and there is less clunking when you shift. Great product.
Nice work John
The Thrashin components are some of the best out there by riders for riders 👍🏻🇦🇺
I just installed the thrasher shifter linkage on my tri-glide (2019) love it feels a lot stronger along with way less play then the stock linkage. Solid as hell! Spendy but hella worth it.
Looks much better quality than stock parts big improvement 👍
Congratulations on the Thrashin setup! They make the best stuff out there
That cotter pin is a pain in the ass, I waited until I was swapping the exhaust before changing the brake arm but I guess I could have loosened up the brake reservoir. Thanks for sharing, Trashin has awesome stuff!

The black on chrome on the brake pedal looks good
I have the same set-up and this is a great upgrade from stock.
Awesome looks great ! Yup the Tharshin stuff is top quality I have it all on my bike mix and match chrome and black !! Hope you stop and see Juan and Lance when you are out west!

Good to see you riding with your son more. Cin-Cin and Salute 🫡💪🫶👌👍
Thrashin’ Supply products are definitely high quality and look fantastic! Some say, “pricey,” but ya get what ya pay for! 👍
Go Navy!
Damn, kind of like the combination of the black & chrome. Switch out the shift peg for black & it would be perfect
Thrashin supply make great content. Parts look like they are quality.
Looks great John! I just bought all new foot controls from Thrashin...needless to say I pumped.
Looks awesome I'll be going with there bar riser set up as well soon.
Nice video keep up the good work Cycle Fanatix
Looks Awesome John!! Can’t wait to see those new bars!!
Love what you’re doing so far
Love my Thrashin boards. I haven't scraped them and I'm coming from sport bikes.
Looks fantastic! Looks like a completely different bike.. Love it
I do like the modern blackout bikes.
But I love Chrome.
I was born in 1950. So I always laughed and say I was born in the Chrome age.
The bike is looking good.
Chrome lower fork legs and switch covers would really look good.😂😂
Be careful, ride save.
Looking Good John!!
Love Thrashin. Great stuff. Parts are works of art. Hey. Whatever happened to Big Guy? Been watching since your Myrtle Beach Harley Davidson trip.
that was me bustin ya chops on shifter link lol.
Looks sharp!
Might want to put that small washer back on the back side of your brake where the cotter pin goes
I also had to wait because of back order. I ordered the works, hand and foot controls. Last parts in transit.
Thrashin makes really good stuff. Love it.
That looks really good. Thrashin make cool stuff!
Jon you should put chrome fork lowers on the bike. It will clean up the look of the front end. Before I started riding the blacked-out bikes that was always among my first mods on my bikes. The look is so much cleaner.

Man that looks so good my brother
Looks great! Maybe rotate those rear pegs 20 to 30° - angle forward it will catch your heel better and give you excellent grip…
John my man, the thrashin looks dope.
Thanks Will
Looks really good John and thanks for sharing. Just curious though as it looks like the passenger pegs and brake lever are the same? If so why didn’t you just put the black on the back.
I honestly like the off set with three little black looks good.
I might have to get a harley just to run thrashin stuff lol.
Just spectacular!
Looks great, any vibrations coming through the floorboards?
🚬😎 the combination of black and chrome looks great.
Nice socks !!
How is the shifting now? I love their products basically have that setup on my bike.
Looks fantastic!!! Which cell phone mount do you have?
do you feel more vibration in the new floorboards compared the the OEM?
My question exactly
It’s a Harley of course they vibrate some. That’s a silly question. Stock is rubber mounted. These are hard mounted. Use some common sense. The hard mount allows more feel of the bike Ie vibration
@@tylerwatters240 never have had any floorboard other than stock on my ultra or softail slim, no way to know if I dont ask.
Beautiful outcome ! I’ve seen it in real life looks even better! But the hottest item are your socks 😂
Looks like you will hit the engine crash guard before the floorboard
I noticed same thing! 😮
Looks killer 👌
Bike looks great! KTM too!!!
You know you get free parts when you put on another color until they send the chrome. Everything is an ad.
what do you think of Thrashin skid plate for 2024 touring bikes
Love the Thrashin stuff. Problem is, being Canadian, once you add the shipping, duty and exchange, it’s just too expensive. Trying to find a Canadian company that sells similar for my 2024 Roadglide. Not easy.
Lookin good⚡️
Looks killer. You could leave the EZ shifter black for sure.
John, what phone mount are you using on the bars?
He uses quad lock
Typically you put some discount codes on description. Anything for this one? Cheers!
Question with a single shifter ,is it still comfortable or does it still make your foot feel too parallel?
Thrashin supply is primo!!!
So is the rear brake lever somewhat lower than the sock one? Cuz the stock one is a little bit higher than what is comfortable for me
Thrashin also have an awesome UA-cam channel
Does the Thrashin shifter linkage have the same kind of connection like a ball socket or whatever as the stock one that seems kinda loose and wiggly? Or something sturdier?
They are going to have more accessories out of stock after this video
I wanna see the race with Sandy.
Will your cross country trip cross through my beautiful state of Utah?
Them are some fancy socks 😅
Very nice
What phone mount are you running?
Quadlock
Hi John, do you have affiliated link for thrashin supplies? thanks
No, sorry
Sweet!
Hey John, are you planning to sell your Streamliner floorboards and break pedal? I’m in the market.
I like the chrome look, I have same color bike, black and chrome. Problem for me is I’m 6’2 so higher floor boards prob not best for me and I also have a size 13 foot. I need more real estate not less.
Yeah that cotter pin sucks, even on my 23 RG it was a pain in the ass.
@CycleFanatix hey john can u tell me what mad max sold for?? I mean we all know that bike had 10s of thousands if not like 30 or 40k worth of upgrades into it. C'Mon Cuh
Is it me or the audio on this video is faulty? Audio comes out of one side of my ear buds. Other videos are fine 🤔
Nevermind, I see you mention it, faulty dgi mic
Nice socks 😂
