If you open that door, do not attack anything. You are at old yharnam. Go all the way to djura (machine guy man) he wont attack you if you dont attack anything and go from behind. If you want to you can just watch a guide
You need to arrive at old yharnam passing by yahar'gul, under the prison where you have 2 "bag and tall mans" and some guys sleeping (to access yahar'gul you need to die to any "bag and tall man" so he can pick you up and you will travel to yahar'gul prison. Remember first of all to check the lamp above you and don't die before you take the lamp because you will not be able to travel back to yahar'gul again, once you defeat the Rom, and remember that the 2 tall guys are under you once you spawn, so just go through them and enter to the hole and defeat the Black Beast. Now open the door and go straight to Djura the minigun guy)
10:14 alright, this is gonna sound REALLY WIERD, but it makes sense with lore context; To get the true ending, you need to EAT that third of an Umbilical cord, and 2 others.
Advice: After upgrading your stats and/or you weapons, use the remaining Blood Echoes to buy Blood Vials and/or Silver Bullets. I did this and I only ran out of those two things for like, two to three times
One last suggestion; When going into a boss fight, turn down enemy sounds, and turn the music volume WAY up, and Cleric Beast's theme is only the beginning of this game's AMAZIMG music.
The modern flamethrower was first developed in Germany in the early 20th century. The first German flamethrower, the “Kleinflammenwerfer,” was introduced in 1911 and was used during World War I. But even before then in the 7th century something very simular to what is in the game your playing did exist. These devices were called “cheirosiphona” and consisted of hand-held pumps that shot bursts of Greek fire via a siphon-hose and a piston. Great gameplay and thanks for giving me an excuse to look this stuff up :)
I had that same moment against Blood-Starved Beast. After he kileld me for the 20th time I just went head first into the 21st battle and stayed in his face until he was dead. That's when the game unlocked for me. Best combat in any Souls game!
I don’t know if anyone else has already said this but a tip is to try to always keep your health at full, even if you’re missing less health than a blood vial would heal. Good luck on the rest of the playthrough!
Idk if anyone has mentioned it yet but I find the best place to farm is at margos 2nd layer. And don't forget the game isn't over till you complete the chalice dungeons for the real last boss.
Just a tip to avoid wasting time on collecting blood vial. Evertime you reach a boss, quit and upload save into cloud and when you run out of heals just download the save again and fight the boss.
Ah, the moment when you realise you're not trapped in there with the beasts Still doesn't look like you've picked up on the really system at the stage or if you have, you haven't learned to game it. Soon you'll be sounding like Muscular from MHA
2 clues for you to improve your experience; when you charge attack an enemy from behind, you can then backstab for a visceral. Secondly, when you acquire Madman's Knowledge or other sources of Insight, pop them. You don't lose insight when you die, and it does something for you.
Let me actually explain Insight for you. Insight is a currency but also a world mechanic. You can spend insight at the second bath messenger shop in the dream, you need insight to summon/co-op, and you need at least 1 insight to be able to interact with the doll. As far as how it effects the world, think of insight as revealing the eldritch truth. Some enemies will become stronger with more insight. With enough insight you can see things in the world you wouldn't be able to normally or gain access to new dialog and lore you wouldn't. Having a lot of insight can definitely make the game a little harder sometimes but if you truly want to see everything that the game has to offer, stack your insight. Also just a quick note. If you see an orange lamp outside a window or door, that means there's an npc you can talk to. It seems like you've missed quite a few side quests.
Did you purposely not want to reclaim your lost souls on that boss? 😂 well played You're doing this quicker than me with your Sekiro & Elden Ring experience

Now that i remember, you can use the cloud save to make a copy of your save and abuse it to get all 3 endings with only one playthrough. In my case i had to do it at the moment since i barely had time to play due to work.
In old yharnam you could actually fight the guy that has been shooting you. To the right of the long ladder shortcut which you got at around 23:30 last video there was a ladder that leads to the mini-gun guy. As a reward you get an item that expands the shop in the hunter’s dream.
@@TrueSquareFace There's no need to fight him, actually. if you get killed by a snatcher (one of those guys with the sacks) you get taken to a secret area, which has a boss that basically guards the back door into Old Yharnam (bring Bolt Defense gear). If you go from there, not killing anything, you can actually peacefully resolve things with Djura. and as long as you don't attack any of the beasts, he'll never shoot at you while you're in Old Yharnam ever again. edit: what i get for commenting before i watch full vid. Bruh. well, the stuff about befriending Djura still applies
I know you already finished but some bosses you can stagger by hitting or continually shooting them in the head, like cleric beast, paarl, amygdala. Amelia its her arm holding the pendant i believe. Etc...
If you don't wanna farm for vials and bullets use the CUMMMFPK chalice for echoes to buy the vials and bullets to save the time. It just take some self control to not abuse it for levels :3
Highly recommend to visit them, rewards are just crazy. Also, I spent probably more time helping other hunters struggling with dungeons bosses, it's extremely satisfying!
Is always lovely to see the moment someone just get it :3 Yeah, because you get health back right after you get hit, as long the attack doesn't kill you and your attack either kill the enemy or stagger it, just go for it and you'll get the health back and do damage at the same time. So yeah, be aggressive. Also, to anyone reading this that doesn't know much about BB, enemy limbs can break giving you a small stagger, also serrated weapons do extra damage on beasts which most of the bosses are. So if you're having problems with a boss, just grab the biggest serrated weapon you have (usually the saw spear), put it on fire, go to the boss leg and HAMMER the heavy attack. Then when the limb break and you get a stagger, just go to the next one and repeat.
With Paarl you break one limb at a time and he gets stun locked the entire fight. Bloodborne bosses' limbs work independently. In Cleric beast you could target his head and shoot it a couple times for a viceral, and so forth.
Beast type enemies take less damage from the holy blade than if you used the sawcleaver. This is due to game mechanic of weapons that do hidden damage. Righteous vs vile, beast vs serration. Both of your current weapons do one of each kind of hidden dmg.
Focus your runes on Crit. There's a particular rune that also heals you based off successful ripostes and another one that increases your riposte damage. Level up skill and bloodtinge for extra damage towards your shot and riposte. You'll one shot everything based off parries. If you want a challenge, just don't parry 😊
I would suggest going as close to Vigor 30 Endurance 20(do not go above 20) Str 25 Dex 25 So you can try mostly all weapons from here. After this if you want to go dex, go dex. If you wanna go full str, go full str

Not sure if you're still playing the game but i have a few quick lil tips, its almost never helpful to dodge backwards unless its an aoe. Dodging through attacks usually puts you in a good position to counter attack. If its not the size of a building you can probably parry it and parrying makes this game super easy. And vials always heal a third (ish) of your health. I dont know if its just me but i also find that many bosses move at the same tempo as their boss theme ( but not in sync usually) so u can use that to your advantage. You don't need to lock on certain enemies, example this one or amygdala, because their "hitbox" is way way thinner. Like these fuckers have bones for legs, so you're not hitting much because you're locked to it it's chest, which is.....far.
Dark Souls III teaches you not to rely on the lock on for some bosses and that came in key for me on this one. Some bosses really get twice as easy by not locking on in these games. I found it's even useful in the new Lords of the Fallen.
This isn't a spoiler I am letting you know that you can start the dlc after you beat a boss called vicar amelia if you see a boss with that name and beat it know you can start the dlc
You take more damage when getting hit while performing an action also beasts are weak to serrated weapons the best weapon in my opinion for beasts in base game is the saw cleaver. Happy hunting

Yeah, because you get health back right after you get hit, as long the attack doesn't kill you and your attack either kill the enemy or stagger it, just go for it and you'll get the health back and do damage at the same time. So yeah, be aggressive.

Bet, thank you for the info my guy!
ofc my guy i love this game and watching you is really entertaining so thank you
at 15:15 they are not slitting your throat... they're just cutting your eyes out 😂
om fuck yeah ludwigs holy sword oh yeah baby
When you dodge try not to Quickstep backwards bro go fwd and to the left or right through the attacks and charges when timed well with Ludwig blade are very nice
Thank you for the tip my guy!
i'm really sad they didn't add the hp sustain hitting mechanic in others FS games
if you wanna see some awesome run there's the ymfah GUN PARRY only run that's really amazing to watch at
14:10 that bagman is insane. I spent over an hour trying to kill him. Died over 10 times and gave up. Almost made me delete bloodbourne
9:45 oh, that's not where "you're supposed to go", that's a secret. The regular path they expected players to take was the one you was trying before.
Can't wait for you to discover the pizza cutter
Im a bloodborne pro who is on like ng +4 and i just got elden ring and beat godrick and im playing it so aggressively the habit from the hunt is so hard to break
24:20 oh yes the hot wind blowing
Dark beast Paarl is a serious gut check. I was difficult for me to beat him when I didn't believe in levelling vigor... Was fucking stupid. Lol
How I use to farm that area is ..I kill all the wearwolf except one...then I let him kill me and jus come back get my echoes and repeat
You don't need to lock on certain enemies, example this one or amygdala, because their "hitbox" is way way thinner.
Like these fuckers have bones for legs, so you're not hitting much because you're locked to it it's chest, which is.....far.
14:11 i was like i know exactly where is this man going 😏
The saw blade is so much better than saw cleaver
Goat recognises goat
Dark Souls III teaches you not to rely on the lock on for some bosses and that came in key for me on this one. Some bosses really get twice as easy by not locking on in these games. I found it's even useful in the new Lords of the Fallen.
This isn't a spoiler I am letting you know that you can start the dlc after you beat a boss called vicar amelia if you see a boss with that name and beat it know you can start the dlc
You take more damage when getting hit while performing an action also beasts are weak to serrated weapons the best weapon in my opinion for beasts in base game is the saw cleaver. Happy hunting
WELCOME TO BLOODBORNE FELLOW HUNTER!!!
