It's sad, but From games are hard to play in reverse. They really did get better over time. I love Dark Souls and I still replay it sometimes, but going to that from Elden Ring must feel like trading out a sword for a branch. It's a pretty unwieldy combat system. Playing Elden Ring after years of Dark Souls and Demon's Souls was similar to when I became an atheist: the sweet taste of freedom.

PEAK MALE PERFORMANCE

Regular armor sets, definitely the Galeguard Beast Armor. It's got the best defense next to The Bull King's armor set and its set bonuses are insane. It also looks badass Now if you didn't have to NG+ to get the full Bull King set that would definitely be at the top for me.

I'm so glad I didn't have internet access back when I played this for the first time so no guides or anything available for me. Had so so many rage quits but the feeling of success after finally beating an area I've been stuck in for hours or even days was something! Wish I could experience it all again..

If strong attack the big enemies in the back you will stagger then you can visceral attack them.

You can kill the werewolf in the beginning with bare hands, you staggered him first try and just didn't know if you attack his back again you would have killed it.
