Remember the number of congress men ( only 4 including KS Alagiri) conducted the protest in a Railway station for the judgement against Rahul Gandi. So the number of congress protesters would be very less and it won't be a burden for the BJP personal to provide food .

Like the Chief Minister position demands respect and cannot be demeaned so is the Prime Minister position or for that matter any other political & government position holding their office tk serve the public! In short, every public forum should maintain its decorum! It's highly unacceptable to speak in a undignified manner.
When public servants/people actions are good he won't be reacting at all.
Human tendency is to react for bad things happening around.
Human cannot behave like a slave to systems wrong doings.
