I have an 2012 Roush Mustang. I noticed a lot more vibration when I installed the BMR K-member with urethane engine mounts. I also have a one piece aluminum driveshaft, BMR drag springs, BMR upper and lower control arms with urethane bushings and Viking drag shocks. It does not ride well on the street but its a weekend street strip car so I can live with it. There is a reason the factory doesn't install the hard bushings, most people would not tolerate it in a daily driver.

Kevin Lynch do you have vibrations all the time or only at certain speeds?

Since you have a Performance back with the T2 Torsen rear end w/ a steel housing you could be feeling the Steel diffs harmonics. You may want to consider removing the rear 2 diff bushing inserts and see if it goes away. (easiest thing to check.) If you are running the BMR black inserts, they are a harder 95 durometer and combined with other things can start to make noise. I have Steeda Black 90 Durometer inserts in my PP car and I don't have any added vibration. If you're drag racing or Half mile racing you could look to the standard GT Diff with a "Quieter" Cast aluminum Diff with a limited Slip rear end. **I have also seen a few cars with poor Backlash on the gears still being withing Ford spec make a ton of noise with the T2. Good Luck.

17ROUSH sam Yup same here. I’d rather deal with a little bit of vibration and good traction than the wheel hop and broken diffs.

Did it all to my Honda s2000 extra vibration is normal as you take away all the dampening through drive train so it resonates through the chassis
