Hi -- thank you for showing another way to replace the phasers without having to remove everything from the front. Can you verify for me: what year is this f150, and if these are the new parts you used: Intake Phaser- ML3Z-6256-A , Exhaust Phaser- ML3Z-6C525-A
Dude. Well done. Way better than my videos.
Gave me some confidence to remove the intake on my wife's 3.5 Ecoboost with DI. It's giving a code for cylinder 3and5.
Looks like your passenger side chain was off 1 tooth as well
This came out 1 week after I replaced mine lol
My 2017 3.5 work truck has 273,000 miles and it’s never rattled or needed turbo work. Oil changes every 3,000 miles since new and always allowed to warm until the temp gauge moves before driving, as well as cool off for 30 seconds before shutdown when towing.
I’ve just been pushing my gas pedal down while starting the vehicle in the morning till I build oil pressure.🤷🏼♂️
This is the best video ive seen on this! I cant believe the views and subs are so low! How long did this repair take you? You made it seem kinda painless.
Anyone know how he rotated that one cam in order to get locking tool to fit?
Totally skipped over replacing the phasers tho…. No removal or torque sequence…
Thanks! I’ll be using this video to do mine
