      Those at greatest risk from Convid-19 & Long Haul Covid are people whose ancestors didn't live with their farm animals for millennia, basically people of color. Being of European & First Nations Ancestry, I was warned early in the Pandemic by a retired physician at church while we were waiting to talk to our pastor to explain to him why the service had to go virtual...

      I know how meaningful it is to be told that they don't know, but willing to listen and listen and listen and document and document and research and research and research and listen. Too infrequent. There is so very much to our bodies and medical staff can't know it all, but to acknowledge someone can be comforting. What was described here is just some of the things that Fibromyalgia throws at you. You can look fine when you're not fine. My heart goes out to everyone everywhere.

      Not just in the USA. Over a period of 4 years I consulted 17 doctors in 3 European countries before an illness was correctly diagnosed. 12 doctors told me to "think positive", 4 said they didn't know. The last doctor I saw had had the illness himself and could diagnose it. I was unable to work for almost two years, got bankrupted and was left with permanent physiologial damage.

      "COVID" is communism hiding behind a fake medical issue. All this for a virus with a 99.5% or greater survival rate. A virus so bad that most people have to be tested to find out if they have it! You’re right it’s about control, and also a big distraction over all of the other BS going on.

      Absolutely agree. Chronic illnesses, a disability now... &.... impact/trauma coming out of a super confusing, scary, toxic, abusive relationship. Phew, add in what's going on now.... never knew this burden & alone, could be SO heavy. Things I shouldn't & cannot do.... what choice do I have? Livng every day, atm..... just trying to get through, find a way to make sure my son eats, renting a room in hiding that he has to share w/ his mom (poor kid, he's been through enough) for now, trying to save what I can on disability alone. W/ a toxic ex who pays nothing, after SO many yrs of me doing evvvvverything... Realizing taking care of myself has to happen, yet.... neat trick, ya know? All, while .... for so much of it, family, friends.. those who are left anyway, simply don't get it OR, shockingly... even have compassion empathy for anyone BUT themselves. I'll never understand what's happened to people. Not what I imagined life... or this age... or my son's.... phew, anyway. (HUGS) of strength & wellness, at least some good days & smiles... hopefully, coming your direction! :) Stay safe & be well.

I was intubated for 7 days of that 5 weeks in the hospital. The nurses were telling me I was going to die. I didn't thanks to many, many prayers. Jesus heard those prayers and brought me through. Also I found it supper helpful taking supplements and vitamins such as Omega 3, probiotics, vitamins C and D. Don't underestimate the power of your mind, stay positive and trust you'll get better. That has been known about since 2019. Most Doctors in the USA are clueless, and lost. The virus targets the Endothelium leading to apoptosis of the cells. This raises Angiotensin II levels and reduces Angiotensin-(1-7). That leads to more damage to the Endothelium. The destroyed Endothelium allows von Willebrand factor to spill into the blood causing clotting. The virus also targets red blood cells using CD147 as opposed to ACE2. The virus should bind to the 1-beta chain of hemoglobin dislodging the iron used to carry O2. This causes hypoxia(lack of oxygen in the blood) in addition to the blood clots that lodge in the capillaries in the alveoli of the lung. If the red blood cells begin to rupture(lysis of erythrocytes), the free heme then binds to von Willebrand factor, preventing it's breakdown. The iron is also a factor. The resulting clotting cascade can be so severe that anti-clotting drugs don't work and the heart explodes due to the blood turning hard. It is doing the opposite of Ebola that prevents clotting.
      Also viral bound Porphyrin could be infecting cells without ACE2 or CDE147 receptors. The virus is also targeting T-cells like HIV. They need to look at CoViD-19 AIDS, as half of those without symptoms have a suppressed immune system and are being eaten alive by the virus. The immune system causes people to feel sick, so not having symptoms can be due to having AIDS. This virus has inserts from Measles, Mumps, HIV-1, SARS, MERS, and rabbis. It does seem to usually need a high initial exposure dose in most people to get a fatal case, but many will never fully recover.

      Ian, I've been there and I know exactly how you feel. For some reason It was worse during night time, after I had dinner. It took me about 4-5 months to fully recover. My advice to anyone going through this is to rest as much as you can. Take small steps, literally, don't work yourself out too much. Combine that with a good diet, meaning no salt or sugar, consume food that's good for your heart and lungs. Avoid eating seafood and pork. Also I found it supper helpful taking supplements and vitamins such as Omega 3, probiotics, vitamins C and D. Don't underestimate the power of your mind, stay positive and trust you'll get better. If you can, take short walks under the sun, doing breathing exercises, I did this every day from 10-15 minutes and I'm happy to report I'm back to 100%. Good luck and take care of yourself.

      @@lindyashford7744 That's not entirely accurate. Not all anxiety sufferers have these dramatic "panic attack" events. I myself have had GAD for years and have only had 2, one of which was a reaction to medication. Anxiety can also cause some persistent physical symptoms--headache, fatigue, general pain, dizziness, rapid heartrate, etc. And they don't just hit and go, they'll stick around for a while. Might leave you desperately trying to find ways to relax just to feel normal-ish again. Sometimes events that feel like emergencies or symptoms that seem like chronic illness really can be anxiety.

    • @lindyashford7744
      @lindyashford7744 4 роки тому

      @@TsukiNaito1, I agree with you in one respect, but the point is that patients are getting told they are having panic attacks, not that they are anxious. Anxiety conditions are ongoing but what is being described by people is not the same. They HAVE a condition they know is physical, they go to find out why they are unwell and their condition is dismissed on the basis of being a panic attack. Even when they are not anxious but are feeling unwell. It is tantamount to saying you are a hypochondriac, and is a kind of put down. I was told this on presenting with breathing difficulties after what could have been a brain event. I was told it was a panic attack, then later when symptoms continued I was given a fibro diagnosis, even without the signs that normally fall into the fibro category. Nearly a decade later I was diagnosed with Atypical Parkinsons and actually I DO have an old infarct that could have been a brain bleed or similar. The default position is to shove you into a box that says MH issues. I had a friend with MS who often got treated like this too, she regularly had to undergo resuscitation due to eosaphageal spasm, and emergency room doctors don’t do resus for nothing. Yet doctors would happily discuss her MS as a ‘functional disorder’ which is medical code for ‘all in the mind’. I feel for you in your suffering from GAD, I know others with it and worked for a while with people who had acute anxiety, but what I and others are describing is different. It is beyond bad to be treated as if you have a behavioural disorder when you are finding that you cannot put one foot in front of another and your quality of life is plummeting. Hopefully now they will start to recognise that they do not have explanations for everything yet, and far from being at the peak of medical understanding there is still a long way to go.

From then on, they may be more dismissive of any other issue you bring up. They may also make a notation in your medical records that you are a hypochondriac, so other docs will be dismissive as well.

      You shouldn't be pushing yourself to run, especially to the point that you're "wrecked". This will slow your overall recovery and can damage your health long term. Your body needs the time to heal itself - be kind to it. I had post-viral syndrome for 5 years and fully recovered, but the key is lots of rest, good diet, easy, non-stressful exercise, and supplements.

      I feel this. I'm 36 and extremely athletic. I can barely walk a mile without getting exhausted. I was running a 745 mile and doing 30 min HIIT workouts 3-4 times a week. I can't do anything now.
