I shared the hell out of this, just like I did Oliver Anthony, why do we not have this on the radio instead of the Nashville BS. Hardcore truck driver hillbilly here and this is what I want to hear
Who cares? Music is music, no matter where it comes from. Experience and talent makes it authentic, not breeding or region. All that matters is the heard and head that produced it, geography and ethnicity are irrelevant.
You people should be on National TV, and that a fact!, You are really great, with a sound that people love to hear. i can't believe what I'm hearing. God Bless
My daughter turned me on to this artist and I thought, "Man, where has this Appalachian gem been hiding"; was surprised to learn of her background. This song and St. Roch Blues sends me to La La Land...……...the feelings invoked are indescribable. I hope this gro up stays with this genre as I think Alynda's voice is best suited for it. BTW Alynda, Happy belated Bday. Gonna purchase Small Town Heroes. Good luck to you and the Riff Raff, I'm all in!
I just want them to get big enough to come tour Australia... I love their sound. But I reckon they would be great fun live. That singer has a great voice.
Saw HFTRR at The Crescent in York a few weeks back playing The Navigator album. Terrific heartfelt stuff, great voice and musicians. The best band I have seen for years.
Absolutely love this song. You guys have such a genuine folk spirit... gives me that old roots American feeling in such a great way. Not to mention wonderful singing and instrumentals. All around great job, Thank you for this art
This is my by far favorite song from them! The lead vocalist Alynda Segarra plays so many different personas that are in tune with the variety of music the band makes.
Look out mama, Im coming home Look out daddy, Im gonna roll Right up to, your ever loving door Hey you can tell, by the way I look I wont be wandering no more Im a heavy headed girl Full of sorrow, dont ask me how I got this way Cause its been too long to tell But Im getting tired Going down this road All by myself, Hard luck woman, bad luck man Heading east bound, soon as I care To you, wont you take me by the hand And you can lead us All the way to the promise land So look out mama, Im coming home Look out daddy, Im gonna roll Right up to, your ever loving door Hey you can tell, by the way I look I wont be wandering no more Adioleyihuuu, Adioleyihuuu.

Look out mama, Im coming home
Look out daddy, Im gonna roll
Right up to, your ever loving door
Hey you can tell, by the way I look
I wont be wandering no more
Im a heavy headed girl
Full of sorrow, dont ask me how
I got this way
Cause its been too long to tell
But Im getting tired
Going down this road
All by myself,
Hard luck woman, bad luck man
Heading east bound, soon as I care
To you, wont you take me by the hand
And you can lead us
All the way to the promise land
So look out mama, Im coming home
Look out daddy, Im gonna roll
Right up to, your ever loving door
Hey you can tell, by the way I look
I wont be wandering no more
