Nice job on the boat! Have you seen my Lil Swamp Buggy vids? My dad and I built a couple of them several years ago with Cox .049s for power. We had a great time running them.

Yup I saw those, I seem to recall seeing these on rcuniverse.com forum when I was researching this kit if I recall correctly. love your pop pop boats too.

I swartz...I used a NEEWER® 2212-1000KV Outrunner Brushless Motor+30A ESC Combo I purchased from Amazon....I hope this helps.
