Perfect Pair Ep 12 Beef and Whisk(e)y

Beef is for dinner and we provide a perfect pairing giving you three different options. Utilizing the flavor trio from Peggy Noe Stevens we pair a bourbon to create a balance, another bourbon to create counterbalance and finally a whisky to create a flavor explosion.

I was truly amazed - unlike any other scotch I had tried previously. And seriously, the pairing of the scotch with the food was pretty incredible!
