Something I forgot to mention in the video: You can currently bind 6 SwitchBot devices to one matter hub (Hub 2). That number is expected to be increased in the future.
I'm right there with you. I thought for sure that it would be one of the first products to get support! They're coming out with a door lock with Matter and Apple Home support pretty soon. It's almost as if the bot is getting left behind.
Hi. Can I send a command (to a Smart Switch Button Pusher for example) when I'm far from my home, from my cellphone? Or I need absolutly to be in the bluetooth coverage zone? Thanks!
If you’re referring to the SwitchBot ‘Bot’, yes. You can use those Hub 2 to send a request to your bot (button pusher) when you’re away from home as long as the bot is paired to the hub 2. Hope I understood your question correctly
Yes, you can control Air Conditioners with HomeKit using a smart thermostat. My personal favorite and one that’s highly regarded as the best HomeKit thermostat is the Ecobee ➡️ amzn.to/470e4QZ

I set up Hub2 to HomeKit, but failed to add Lock Pro as the secondary device. It always shows "failed to add devices".
FYI: If you want to control non Switchbot lights you will still be required to use a separate hub.
Little surprised that the Switchbot bot isn’t available to connect already

@@CScott4k they also recently just killed all of the shortcut actions for the bot as well. Messed up part of my smart home.
