Also, since that occasion, they weren't in other variety shows beside Arirang. And they dance a lot in their latest comeback... in heels. And sing live. Am i the only one sick of the way Hyungdon treats artists? I know it's comedic and entertaining and all but sometimes it gets too much. Sunbae groups appear and argue their way through mistakes, they laugh and give them chances. Berry Good & GFriend argue and they're called "shameless". It's not the first time they make the bias so clear. Similarly, when BTS appeared as rookies most members were treated rather nastily, it may be for jokes, but too much of it still hurts. When BTS appeared again, more famous this time, the MCs attitude towards them became so much better?? My friends who aren't that into Korean culture yet and watch Weekly Idol got pretty pissed off
haha you got me wrong, the big groups whom they are extremely nice to are in fact my favourites - snsd and gd are practically the top of my bias list and imo they were treated great. I've been into Korean culture for years and actually grew up with Koreans, I believe I do get Korean comedy. my point is on the fact of comedy vs overdoing things, I personally think that hyungdon overdoes things sometimes and I no longer consider it funny..sometimes some artists look a little hurt/begin to tone down. I believe he isn't like this in real life/behind the scenes and can be a real joy to be with as a friend, but his speech and actions in CERTAIN broadcasts appear to have gone overboard imo

If you ask me why they dance hard it is because their vocals are incredible and many idols also admit it. Also they can show their talent more besides vocals.

This was stupid. You can't do a dance play with groups who have a ballad song versus a dancing song. And Gfriend was definitely given more opportunity to dance and show off versus BG! Am i the only one sick of the way Hyungdon treats artists? I know it's comedic and entertaining and all but sometimes it gets too much. Sunbae groups appear and argue their way through mistakes, they laugh and give them chances. Berry Good & GFriend argue and they're called "shameless". It's not the first time they make the bias so clear. Similarly, when BTS appeared as rookies most members were treated rather nastily, it may be for jokes, but too much of it still hurts. When BTS appeared again, more famous this time, the MCs attitude towards them became so much better?? My friends who aren't that into Korean culture yet and watch Weekly Idol got pretty pissed off
haha you got me wrong, the big groups whom they are extremely nice to are in fact my favourites - snsd and gd are practically the top of my bias list and imo they were treated great. I'm not even a fan of berry good but honestly the people i feel sore for are those who just made it out there, they deserve better words, even if its just a show. not all shows treat rookies this way. and also, i feel that hyungdon has always been extremely suck up to people like gd, i just wish he could be more genuine and less try hard just for the sake of entertainment. he's funny, but sometimes it goes too far
I've been into Korean culture for years and actually grew up with Koreans, I believe I do get Korean comedy. my point is on the fact of comedy vs overdoing things, I personally think that hyungdon overdoes things sometimes and I no longer consider it funny..sometimes some artists look a little hurt/begin to tone down. I believe he isn't like this in real life/behind the scenes and can be a real joy to be with as a friend, but his speech and actions in CERTAIN broadcasts appear to have gone overboard imo

They chose glass bead instead of those two because they love the concept. We have to respect their opinion and what have they choose. If you ask me why they dance hard it is because their vocals are incredible and many idols also admit it. Also they can show their talent more besides vocals.

Now both of these groups disbanded but Gfriend are still popular (as soloist and Viviz), instead Berry Good never had the right success. I miss Berry Good. They had so much potential but the company was so small, plus wrong choices and few moneys makes them flop. Hope to see Taeha, Gowoon, Seoyul, Daye, Sehyung and Johyun together again and have their right recognition.
