I find it more comfotable to watch than them so conscious in front of the camera that they seem like dolls than real people. I don't think they deserve that much hate when they're just being true to themselves and act like a real family. It's normal to act comfortably between family members that outsiders may think rude, but Ot's refreshing to see idol girl group to be real and not faking their reactions.
