What was the point of downloading the via app at all? I was following along but you didn't really do anything with the app. You just downloaded a firmware from the via website and loaded it into GMK Toolbox. I get that VIA is useful for remapping keys on the fly, but it didn't have anything to do with this tutorial
so without VIA compatible firmware, it won't load into VIA. I do use the QMK tool box in the video. you can customize the keyboard on the fly without having to code it out. It makes it much easier to customize your keybindings.
i got a huge problem, i downloaded a different software for my Keyboard, unfortunately i messed up everything, cant use it now, theres no original software... the VIA doesn't recognize even after using QMK, my keyboard is a REDRAGON SION K653 wired...
If there is no original software, or you flashed an incompatible version onto it. The only thing that you can try to do is reflash it in QMK with a version that is compatible. I would do more searching for binaries? I don't know what to tell you. I know for sure that the chip isn't permanently brickable. People have re-flashed reddragons before.
nice build! ggs from the ap warwick :)

same situation damn, did you find any solution? my kb is K636
can i flash my 60% E-yooso board ?
I don't think so. To my knowledge e-yooso boards do not have programable chips. I could be wrong, but I doubt it.
You talk so slow
then play the video x2 speed.
