This is one of my favorites places to visit with my family and have been coming for many years. This was a perfect sunny day, it always is during this time of year (in fall). I love to walk around, look at all of the interesting history, and admire the beauty in the park. They are many events that take place here too. Google to know what's going on when wanting to visit or if you want to avoid the crowds. We have found if you want to visit with less people go during the week or early in the day on a weekend. This is a very popular spot and understandably so. There is so much more to see and do in Sonoma that you would have to spend at least a week or go on continuous days trip like I do, since I'm not too far. I would highly recommend a visit to this beautiful city.
