  • Olympian Jason Lezak demonstrates the four most common freestyle swimming mistakes and drills you can use to fix those mistakes. When working to improve these areas, your freestyle will feel a little "weird" and that is OK. It means you are making progress and trying to relearn and correct old habits.

    I like the idea of connecting your chin to the catch of your lead arm. I'll have to try that in my next practice.
